My mom needed a new phone and she insisted going to this store, when we got here I understood what she meant. The customer service was great , Hector was very polite ,patient and professional. He went above and beyond to help and answer all my mom's Questions. I could give him more than 5 stars,but the system would let me.

I had just recently become homeless and needed a phone to contact my family so I went here. They sold me a Verizon phone claiming it was unlocked and also gave me a broken charger. I had nothing left and then I had a useless phone as well. Don't be fooled by this dealer.

Don't get me wrong I've been a loyal customer with cricket for over 15 years on and off in NC and NYC now I moved to Portland Oregon and look at what time it is from 1:30pm to 1:55pm here at 29 122th St in Portland Oregon and we are 4 hold on! here comes another customer, so we are 5 customers waiting to pay our phone bill right now, no one isn't inside of the store and one of us needs to get his phone fix...And we're still waiting and we're out here!!!

Not a good idea to show up on the weekends, at least on a Sunday. Two Sundays in a row they close at least 2 hours early. Just trying to save people some time!

I had a horrible experience on Friday at this location. First they had my car towed within 10 minutes of parking there and lied about it. 2nd store employee Jose actually put his hands on me because I was taking pictures of the building from the public sidewalk... He seriously put his hands on me and I'm a 120 pound female..3rd while I was inside the store an older gentleman in a wheelchair pulled up to the front door and threw a thing of EGGS at the front door, clearly something smells at this location and it's not the EGGS on the door... But someone needs to investigate the employees and make some changes here ... 4th.. I'm not sure why but now I can't get through on the phone with the manager Hector and I don't know if that's really the managers name because Jose gave me his name and I don't believe anything that comes from Jose's mouth due to the fact he thinks its OK to put his hands on a female.... I wish I could give a NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW... I WANT MY CAR BACK - THIEVES... AND I THINK I NEED TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST JOSE FOR PUTTING HIS HANDS ON ME.... I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE IF I WAS A MAN HE WOULD HAVE NEVER PUT HIS HANDS ON ME.... BECAUSE HE'S A BULLY BUT ONLY AGAINST FEMALES.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....
