Every time I go to this store, the employees are disrespectful. They don't want to listen. They argue with you and not helpful at all. Cricket is worse with their customer service!

When I first arrived Andre was the only worker available. He was rude and accused me have having a fake bill. I took said Bill back to the bank I had just withdrawn it from to have them examine it to make sure. When the teller exchanged it for a new one starting it was fine. I went back to try and pay my bill. To which Hector assisted me while Audre could not hold back the snide remarks. Even after the other gentleman stated he had checked the new bill and there was no problem. Andre could use a little bit of training in customer service. I will never understand why people have to be so rude just because they are having a bad day. Hector however was very pleasant and helpful.

They fixed my buddy's phone that wouldn't connect to the network in only two attempts with no other hassles. Was in and out in less rhan 10 min.
