Excellent customer service, every time. The staff are helpful, patient, and caring. Several times, they've gone above & beyond to help me troubleshoot issues. I hope they get raises and bonuses, because the daytime staff really are keepers!

Trying to look for make appointment or to see better Xperience I had with the Store about the use of the plan for any reactivet but im really indecide yet with one more closer store at around current location of my disponibility for ask Question with the old store I like to use for good conditions and confortable for me and quickly to attend their clients.

The ladies who work here were wonderful. I came in as another person was being extremely rude to them. The woman and her daughter were accusing them of not knowing what they were talking about as the two ladies called all the stores in the area for them and come to find out they were correct no other location sold a rizo case since it had been discontinued years ago. The girls were polite and respectful and didn't deserve that woman's abuse!

I visited this Cricket location recently and received very atrocious customer service from two young women who worked there. The nametag of the primary offender was concealed by the jacket she was wearing, but her co - worker's name was definitely Angelina. Both employees were occupied with their own phones. We were the only customers in the store, but when we requested assistance, the woman who "helped" us made it very clear that we were bothering her by asking her to perform the most basic customer service tasks. She obviously did not want to work, and huffed and puffed like a teenager when she had to put her phone down to help us out. Meanwhile her co - worker, Angelina, just sat by, still scrolling on her phone, watching the whole thing play out without intervening. When we called this woman out for treating us with disrespect, she played the victim the whole time and implied that we were in the wrong. I posted a review like this one on Google, and the woman, Angelina (I'm quite certain it was her), took to the internet only a day later and replied to my comment, posing as a Cricket customer, lying about the facts of the situation that I just described in order to save her a*** (I know it was her, because the person who replied to my review knew things that only a Cricket employee could possibly know about the situation ) These women both behaved very, very unprofessionally, and we will never go back to that store. I ADVISE OTHERS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS CRICKET LOCATION!

Terrible service. On September 3, 2019 at around 6:30 pm, two women workers were alone in the store. One named Angelina was busy on her personal phone and the other didn't even greet us. She had a jacket on, covering her name tag. She seemed annoyed that we were interrupting her personal time on her phone. Again, no other customers in the store. So, they had nothing to do. We asked about a phone case. She told us to try Amazon instead! She actually encouraged us to LEAVE THE STORE AND SPEND OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Wow. I wanted to purchase a case that day, so I asked her about a case in the store that might fit. She sighed, then very reluctantly got herself up from behind the counter and showed us a case. It didn't fit, so I asked her if it's possible that another Cricket store might have the right case. She said no and just stared at me. It was clear she wanted us to leave and wanted to get back to texting or watching youtube. We felt totally unwelcome. Her attitude was like anti-customer service! I asked her if she would please call a nearby store and she reluctantly complied. I also called a store myself and found out in a few minutes that yes, there were 2 cases for my phone in stock at another store. She then accused me of LYING about where I bought my phone. It was oddly adversarial. Ironically, she accused ME of being "rude" for asking her to help us with decent customer service. Her colleague never looked up, just continued to text on her personal phone. I told her the customer service was awful. She asked us to leave and we did. Never to return. Please share with Area Manager. This woman is affecting your sales very negatively.
