I participated in a drop in while visiting portland. Great community. This would be my gym if I lived in Portland.

I have attended CrossFit class here for almost 7 years now. It is a great community of people who want to have fun working out. The coaches are great, safety conscious, and always have coaching cues to help me get better. Working out with friends is the best.

I’m new to this gym and can’t believe how much fun I’m having! I was a huge CrossFit hater and I’m eating my words. Corey helped me the the newbie CrossFit Fundamentals class where I learned the basics at a great pace. I also love Nick and Dawn as coaches! My favorite thing about this gym is the different members- old and young, new to fitness and very active people. You will fit in with everyone!

Love this gym! I was a huge CrossFit hater and now I'm eating my words! I started at a "newbie" CrossFit Fundamentals class with Corey and he was so patient with me. The class availability is amazing, starting at 5am all the way to 7pm at night. And I really love the coaches- Corey, Nick, and Dawn are my favorites and I would recommend them to anyone.

Four years ago, my son came home from college for the summer and asked me to workout with him. I picked Crossfit Woodstock because it is close to my home. This place has changed my life for the better. When I started out, I was as weak and inflexible as you can get. The coaches encouraged me, the people I workout with did not judge me, and I felt like I was accepted by everybody. My life has truly changed since I joined Crossfit Woodstock. If you are looking for a gym that is reasonably priced, has good coaches, and an environment that encourages you to get better. give them a try.

I am am only reviewing their gym here. It was very limited. Good location, in the tour, they spent a lot of the time talking about exceptions to rules, maybes, setting up unusual situations, which I did not care about. CrossFit seemed to have several good programs there, but if you are looking for a gym, even a small one, look elsewhere.

CrossFit Woodstock is a great neighborhood gym! I've only worked with Corey so far but he is a great trainer. Everyone is super friendly and the workouts are as tough or as manageable as you want them to be.

This place is awesome!!!! Corey and mark are awesome instructors. I was visiting from the Bay Area and decided to stop by since I was away from my Muay Thai facility back home. I felt right at home and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to my form/technique.

After 3.5 years of Crossfit coaching and training Woodstock Crossfit is the worst Crossfits i've ever been too. I travel for work and Crossfit 5 days a week. So I've been to more than 20 crossfits in the last 2 years. I walked in to Woodstock for a workout was greeted very friendly by a coach. After paying the $15 drop-in fee we went in for the workout. "Cindy" from there it all went down hill. It ended up being a beginner class (no matter to me, just means I get more instruction and a different take on how to do a movement). In traveling i'm used to ending up in all kinds of different classes. Next everything went wrong. The coach said "the workout today is "Cindy" 20 minute amrap pull-ups, pushups, and squats. we start in 5 minutes, get warmed up". He then walked outside and got on his Cell phone. 5 minutes later he walked back in and said "hear we go....3..2..1.. go!" and he walked back out the back door and got back on his cell phone for the duration of the class. He didn't give instruction or show proper form in the movements. The coach just went out and did his own thing. There were many beginners that needed coaching on proper squat form and how to do Pull-ups (or modify them). Stay away from this place its dangerous and the coaching is suspect. check out other crossfits in the area there are many that are much much better. Better coaching and nicer gyms with a strong community.
