It was horrible. They load bought me on a pair of shoes that were over $300. They tried to offer me $19 for them. Then they lied and tried to tell me that they don’t go off the same website as the rest of the stores who do reselling and trading. They are liars and they do horrible business. I will never go back in there.

Do yourself a favor and go to Buffalo -- this place took forever, only took 2 items, and was basically paying pennies on the dollar. I would donate to thrift before taking clothes here again.

Wednesday night….I had two Jordans and two Versace items. They were busy as I left them at the counter and ordered a drink next door at Nicks while I waited. After 15-mins I walked back making sure I was okay given they were closing in 45-mins. Communicating I was next door having a drink. They took my number as I would be texted. As it was 10-mins to their closing I went back to find the man that arrived after me (he had three bags) to have his items examined before mine. Saying nothing I looks at things then when had opportunity- asked if I was next. The cashier called on somebody as she asked me if anyone had helped me, they hadn’t. Whether the manager or inventory take-in lead (whatever the position) asked how much I have had to drink. I had one Tangueray and soda with the lime and half a beer while waiting next door. She refused my sale and said to come back next day when sober.Out of the four re-sale stores in this area’s Xroads was my favorite. However, their selection has honestly suffered since Covid - they were my number one. To conclude, I will never step foot in here again.

I wouldn’t recommend going there for selling. There was zero communication from the clerk as to how much they were buying items for (look at them and slap bar codes on them at the price of their choosing). I felt like there was a wall between them and I. They got on the phone while going through my stuff, zero eye contact. I almost left because this seems like a huge pain for her, but someone else came by to replace them, and the experience was a bit better. I got $38 for Nordstrom workout shorts, almost-new Madewell leather shoes, Wildfang slack pants, and a couple of tops (Madewell and Anthro). They didn’t seem to care for Lululemon items or Converses (that were in good condition), and other items in good condition made with good materials. Meanwhile the store is full of cheap polyester clothing. Honestly confused by this experience. Like others said, sell your stuff online instead!

Great place to buy and sell. Make sure you block out some time if you are selling, the waiting list to sell can get long. 10/10 recommend

This place is conveniently located and they honestly have plenty of nice stuff. Some things might be a little pricey but I would say they're pretty fair with pricing and sometimes you can find a good deal. It's a pretty big place, make sure to look on the walls for stuff. I sold a few items here and sometimes it can be a longer wait but the staff has always been very kind.

Came here to sell some clothes a few times. Everytime I came I noticed it took them under five minutes to go through my bags and end up taking one or two items. The rest had not been gone through AT ALL. Seems it's the same lady EVERY TIME! Other times I came by and it was someone different, my bags had been thoroughly gone through and a fair amount of items selected. It's always that one lady that seem to reject only MY items for some reason. FYI, I don't bring trash. I bring Carhartts, Pendleton, The Northface etc. as i am constantly refreshing my closet. She does seem to entertain other sellers of the same race. Terrible experience! Buffalo Exchange is right next door. Trust me, go there!

If you want old (vintage) clothes at the highest price I've ever seen in my life ,you will disagree with my opinion

I have had one lady never even look at my stuff she just peeked in bag and said she was gonna "pass " anyway if u want a decent price go to crossroads for sure !!

This is one of my favorite consignment shops ever! The prices are actually decent compared to other shops in the area! I found a pair of killer boots here that were $23 when earlier that day I saw the same pair for $80! Good prices, nice employees. An overall great place to shop!

Has hidden fees that aren't disclosed until they are asking you to pay. As a result the stated cost on the item is less than you'll actually pay. They justify it by saying it's so they can pay their employees. Yet that's a normal cost of doing business. If they choose to do this it should be clearly stated before you waste your time shopping.

Julia is really nice. Everyone else I've met working there is kind of unkind and dismissive. A nice little place for selling and buying. Prices are a bit much, but not super bad especially when you have store credit. Selection isn't as good as "2nd Street" literally across the street tbh. Crossroads is fine to conclude.
