Very helpful pharmacy. I had a prescription filled here, it was quick and easy to pick up. And the person helping me also assisted me with technology issues I was having (user error). Very kind. Store was clean. Employees greeted me.

CVS has moved to a faceless touchscreen at pharmacy that forces user to enter name & brithdate before anyone will interact with customer. They apparently want nothing to do with customer - move to faceless/heartless approach to interaction . Planning to switch to walgreens. they will at least talk to you

Half the store is locked up, with self checkout registers up front.
You can look up what the theft is at locations, and if you do you'll see a surprising lack of theft, yet a high shrink. What little theft is being done is people not swiping items at self checkout but the majority of shrink is internal theft and damage.
They make more profit by installing self checkout, reducing staff and just eating the rise in theft from self checkout. Don't let them blame it on local crime. Shop elsewhere. Shop local. Spend a few dollars extra if you have to.

The pharmacy tech with long hair was quite rude and had a serious attitude problem. I definitely won’t be going back there again.

The pharmacy tech named Tulip is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude towards me made me extremely uncomfortable, leaving me in a position where I didn’t feel like I could stand up for myself, due to needing my medication. 100% will be changing my pharmacy. The workers on floor are very sweet and helpful though, I just wouldn’t recommend using this location’s pharmacy at all.

This is the worst pharmacy to get prescriptions from. The people working are always rude and are very transparent about not wanting to be there. Their hours are inconvenient and different from what Google says they are. They make you wait a long time even if there aren't other customers. The outside of the building doesn't feel safe. It's just a depressing atmosphere to pickup antidepressants from.

I cannot emphasize enough how spectacular the staff here is. Each one of them is far more kind and respectful than this neighborhood deserves.
My one-star rating comes from those who don't work in the building. The higher-ups. Consistently leaving their employees without a paddle to deal with all the irregularities that the location holds. Constantly left to their own devices to deal with the crazies, the tantrums, the messes & out-of-service machines // the staff here goes above and beyond day in and day out.
Oh, and FYI on the faux parking - It says it's for CVS customers but you will pay $6 to leave your car in there for 2 minutes. The whole operation is appalling and I applaud and praise those who collect their paychecks from this establishment.

Great employees. I wish more people used the store so that the stock would be more robust. Great Pharmacy. People are nice I wish that the hours of operation were longer.

Called yesterday to see if they had filled a prescription that had been sent in recently. They told me they would fill it today because I was going on vacation. The pharmacist was out sick, completely understandable, but they didn’t send another pharmacist to fill in so they just closed the pharmacy, meaning the prescription couldn’t be picked up or transferred anywhere else. Incredibly frustrating.

Was constantly followed around the store by security when I went to The Establishment in order to return some cans and bottles and their machine was supposedly down for some kind of maintenance, and was not told that they were unavailable when I called just a little while prior before showing up to the store. I felt very uncomfortable when trying to look for a few other items that I figured I might as well purchase since I'm already there.
