I’ve been a CVS loyalist for over a decade but am switching to Safeway after my most recent experience here. They didn’t have my insurance info for my prescription and refused to apply it when I provided it to them because they were breaking for lunch in 10 minutes and claimed that they couldn’t or wouldn’t have it done by then. The pharmacist was rude and just gave me a blank stare as I tried to figure out how I could get my medication, which I needed urgently. When I said I would transfer my prescription rather than come back for it after their break, they canceled the prescription instead which made it impossible to transfer. I don’t know if they did this out of incompetence or spite, but either way I won’t be using CVS again.

Good location, not easy to get in. Some staff needs more customer service training and understanding of such.

There is one employee who always seems to be happy and greats people with respect and positive attitude. Next time I'll grab his name. He's an Asian man, probably late 20s or early 30s.

Busy place, but Morgan really came through for me when I needed help. I get the sense that the staff does whatever they can, despite being overworked.

Not only do you now have to use a touchpad with zero reactivity to “check in” to pick up a prescription, this location also allows parents of children in the school across the street to use the parking lot as a pick up area. The red-headed pharmacy tech is also rude and personally off putting.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy person, I think she said it was Missy. Absurd they are not assisting anyone caught up in the RiteAid to CVS conversion and hung up on me when I told her that policy was very difficult on customers, since we have to call all over town to try to find a CVS with certain medications in stock, which RiteAid always was great about helping with.

I have had to transfer my prescription to this CVS pharmacy a few times now because the one closest to me never seems to have my px in stock and always seem to mess up my insurance. This pharmacy has been consistently reliable, has had my px in stock and the staff is thorough and friendly!!

Ive been here several times, and the store itself isn’t the cleanest. The workers (all of them, including the pharmacist) could be nicer to the people that are keeping them employed by continuing to have their prescription filled here. This review is mostly for the pharmacy. Chloe and most of them (except for 1 woman with short hair, white and perhaps middle aged?) seems to always be in a rush. I understand that, I have worked in customer service all my life, but these people just do not care. Chloe in particular slammed my pills on the counter instead of handing it over to me. Why? I have no idea. She/he/they probably weren't even thinking about it at all, but that’s a micro-aggression that I do not need at any time.
Maybe it’s time to remind this store about a thing called “customer service”. We (customers) aren’t asking for your first born sons. We just want to be treated with some respect and dignity. We don’t need you to bark at us, slam our medications on the counter, and or be treated like we’re cattle and we are just bothering you. In fact, we could use a little bit more softness, more patience because we are here, picking up a prescription for medication, for our pains, medicine ease our loved ones (and or ourselves) suffering. Please, we are human.
When I need to pick up a prescription, I just pray to god that the nice woman is there, or at the very least, it will be quick.

Was treated very poorly by the pharmacy staff. Despite submitting my new 2025 insurance info prior to pick up, they didn’t have it in record, made me wait 30 minutes in the chairs to update it in my file, and I had to finally approach the counter because they never called be back up. Technician was very snippy when I asked for an update, and when I finally received my prescriptions they didn’t include my new insurance info but insisted that they did and charged me full price for both prescriptions instead of my 10 dollar co-pay. Technician was rude when I tried to correct them and refused to look into it further. I had to get my insurance company involved who called the pharmacy afterward and was able to get my information corrected. Now I am owed 60+ dollars as a refund and despite being told I would receive a call back from the pharmacy to refund my money, they haven’t called.

So as others have noted about the pharmacy it can be pretty rough. There are a couple new hires there though that have done right by me though. Normally it would be a one star review due to past issues/scripts not being filled, that being said the new folks seem to actually care. Roll of the dice on who you will get, but I do hope that the friendly/responsible new hires get fast tracked to management.

Avoid this location at all costs. This pharmacy is irresponsible and poorly managed. Rude and impatient pharmacists and staff. They made a huge error with my confirmed prescription. I was told it was ordered but it never was. Now 2 weeks later, the refill is expired and unable to be filled. CVS made no calls, no texts to alert me. They do not care that someone’s health hangs in the balance. Totally UNETHICAL. Insult to injury, they are refusing to acknowledge or take responsibility for failing to do their job, leaving me in a compromised situation. Not the least bit aware or apologetic, all I got was snotty attitude. NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I had Flu & Covid vaccines here. We made reservations and arrived 15 min prior to the appointment time.
To be honest, I checked the reviews and I was bracing for their bad service. However it was a great experience. A pharmacist Jay was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite. He I formed me everything he was supposed to during the shots. The store was slow when we were there, but it was reasonably clean and well stocked. It was a pleasant surprise to visit there. There were him and another staff at the pharmacy, so it could be busy during the busy hour though, when I visited at 3 pm there it was almost dead, so everything was on time, no waiting what so ever.

No drive-through! And they don't ship medications to your house like they used to. Its inconvenient.
