  Four stars because our favorite pharmacists are no longer there. Left during Covid and can’t say I blame them. Otherwise a decent pharmacy.

  When you call you have to leave a message. I never get a call back. Have to drive to pharmacy just to ask about prescription and waste gas money. If only the pharmacy was good on there word to call back within an hour.

  I don’t know who does the staffing for this pharmacy, but clearly they’re thinking about profit and not customer service. Every time I go there, there is a single pharmacist working frantically to try to do everything. I have not seen a tech there a single time. I went there yesterday to pick up my prescriptions, the most recent of which had been called in about an hour and a half earlier that day. There was a gentleman in line already, so I waited behind him for about 10 minutes out so. I assumed that the pharmacist, who was seated behind the counter had already helped him out greeted him and was working on his medications. The pharmacist finally came over and said to him, “Are you here to pick up?” She literally had nothim or even visually acknowledged him the whole time. I have no idea how long he had been standing there. Hopefully not long. She takes care of him and it is my turn. She fills half of my prescriptions. I ask her about the outstanding prescriptions and she says,”I may get to them this weekend. I don’t know. The tech called out so I’m all my myself. Maybe Saturday.”
  What is this?? What if I was a diabetic? This is the best CVS has got? Seriously? This is ridiculous. There was only the two of us in line. It is not like the line ran down the aisle and there were customers milling about.
  CVS: Do better! I’m changing pharmacies. If we some hold these companies accountable, they won’t do anything. They don’t care. They just want our money.

  I thought I’d leave a positive review of this pharmacy to counterbalance all the negative ones. In my five years of getting my prescriptions filled here, I have yet to have a bad experience. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait…because other people need their prescriptions too! And yes, they close for 30 minutes mid-day so staff can get a break. The COVID pandemic took its toll on the medical profession in general. Everyone is working hard to keep us healthy. Let’s lighten up a bit and have some compassion and awareness of others, shall we?

  I think this is the future of CVS pharmacies, embedded in another store, and not freestanding. It was quiet pharmacist was friendly, and it was no problem getting my vaccines.

  Just spent 1 hour on hold waiting to speak to someone from the pharmacy. I gave up horrible customer service at this location!!!!. Also, I get a 90-day supply for the last 6 years. There's always a hiccup on filling the order on time.

  Seems like this might be an appointment only pharmacy? Nobody else approached the counter during the 10 minutes I waited. There's no bell or anything. Several people were working diligently behind the counter, taking phone calls, etc., but apparently it's nobody's job to actually talk to you. ?

  I wouldn't usually leave a review for a pharmacy but I feel like finding a good one is SO hard these days. I never wait too long here, the customer service is better than surrounding pharmacies and it's easy to refill/ pick up prescriptions. Super helpful!
