They are horrible. Billing people are a smartass and you can't get anywhere with the reason why you are calling. It's never them always someone else. My medication gets dropped off at the end of my driveway not my front door and it's not cheap. But they can't do anything about it.

After walking to pick up my nausea medication in the rain after a full weekend of horrenous diarrhea and vomiting, Joy informed me that they “Don’t do community pharmacy at this location” and that they sent my prescription to a pharmacy that I will have to drive to. This is fine, but It would be nice if there was a way for my doctor to be informed that I can’t pick up at this location before placing the order so that I don’t have to walk in the rain for nothing while very ill. Customer service was fine, they’ve all got jobs to do (Joy definitely gave me a look like I was an idiot though), but man, why are you in my community if you don’t actually serve it?

Worst pharmacy for filling for a minor, they tried to force us to use their preferred medications saying it was my insurance insisting the change. a week later of hours on the phone every day my insurance finally informed me it was not them and that my sons script was active and ready to fill. They then proceeded to deny it and filled his script. He missed two doses of medicine due this this. When the Dr changed his dose, despite all pre authorization from insurance they could not seem figure out how to deliver a full month of medication at a time. Again, days, and hours on the phone. When i tried to explain the issues to one of the cvs employees she said it was a waiste of her time. Once again almost leaving my kid with no medication. They have canceled scheduled deliveries without my consent or knowledge. I cannot believe they don't prioritize children especially when their disease is so severe and medications prevent damage and discomfort. Cvs is Disrespectful, dishonest, careless, unorganized and can't follow through without your micro management. Just don't do guys! Especially if you have a minor, it will hurt your mom heart more than it is worth!

Not a real pharmacy. My perception was sent here. They can't fill anything.
They do not care to fix the problem on their end. So future doctors will continue to send perceptions they can not fill. They did not reach out to the doctor to have them correct the location.
I am now without my perception and no way to fill it untill I call my doctor and have him send it to a real pharmacy.
How frustrating and a waist of time.

This pharmacy is top notch. There is an outstanding pharmacy technician, Joy, that makes every interaction with CVS a pure joy. Love love love this place and so grateful to always get our meds on time! Best customer service ever!!!

I always get excellent service from this location, helpful, courteous and friendly. My multiple prescriptions are handled perfectly, sent quickly and accurately. They willingly answer questions. Having read some negative reviews I have to advocate for the employees. Like most for profit businesses, stockholder demands for constantly higher earnings mean that businesses don't want to pay for enough employees to run a business. This location gained the clients for another CVS Specialty Pharmacy overnight when the other location closed. The same small space now serves many, many more clients. This location has staff members that have worked for decades before CVS took over the original pharmacy, giving great service to clients of every kind, every temperament, and vastly differing needs. That is a very rare thing...

Do not ask for a refill to be sent to you after Wednesday. They send things out at a very leisurely pace. Even if you have refills, good insurance on file, they will not bother sending prescriptions placed on Thursday before Monday.
