If you want to charge your insurance 200$ plus to get your vax this is your place! If you need your life saving 10$ bottle of meds forget about it! They are days behind! You’ll die first!

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Can’t even be bothered to provide customer service, treat you with no sympathy or care.

My wife just came home from this pharmacy in tears. The counter help at the pharmacy was rude and dismissive to the point of telling her the next “window” would help her while looking at another person multiple times as if to say “I’m done with you, move on” but without actually letting her know she was being spoken to.
The pharmacist attempted to help but really didn’t. They said remind us next time which there won’t be a next time. We are going mail order. And the mail order won’t be CVS. The phone assistant at CVS was very nice but had the attitude the we should already know about the “maintenance choice” program for 90 day refills but that a Dr writing 84 days doesn’t qualify as 3 months UNLESS it’s thru the mail order program etc….
I would like to say to all consumer facing positions at companies- WE DON’T NEED TO KNOW YOUR JOB. You do. If there is some program or benefit to doing it another way it’s good customer service to inform us. But expecting me or anyone to know the ins and outs of your murky medical BS is asinine. We all have better things to do than worry about which s the most effective way to save money while filling a scrip.
Again, we won’t be visiting this CVS again. And I recommend nobody else does either. At the very least they need a staffing change in the pharmacy

Don’t say on your messaging system that you take walk in’s for vaccines and then tell me I need an appointment when I arrive. I would have booked an appointment but the nearest location stupid CVS is giving is FORTY FIVE MINUTES AWAY. That’s bullshit. I knew there was a reason I stoped giving CVS my business years ago. I guess I will continue that practice.

Constantly slow/partial medication refills. I have been coming here for a year and have a monthly script I pick up, over the year the medication has been accurate and ready for pickup twice. All other times it’s separate, isn’t covered my insurance, or has another issue. Switching back to Safeway going forward, very disappointing when your just picking up medication you need for health reasons.

Went in to transfer my prescriptions out of Kaiser, waited a week and heard nothing back. When I called to check on the transfer status, they clearly lost my paperwork and had no idea what I was talking about. Had to relay all the information over the phone and wait another week. Then I called again a week later, and apparently they “don’t have time” to wait on the line and talk to Kaiser. CVS- quit understaffing your busy pharmacies to maximize profits, that is disgusting. I’m now out of one of my prescriptions and almost out of the other. I talked to someone there again today who seemed irritated with me, even though their frustration is with Kaiser. It is not my fault I had Kaiser, I didn’t even choose it and I obviously do not represent Kaiser Permanente.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I love this CVS. The pharmacy is always on top of my prescriptions and calls me when refills are needed and my doctor needs to write a new prescription. The app is incredible…I get my prescriptions delivered automatically and within a day and on time. The manager that helped me tonight was incredibly kind, patient and such a quality human. He helped me out when in a tight squeeze at the last minute getting stuff for my kiddo’s sleep issues right before closing…it’s a quality store with great people.

Staff is, in my experience, kind and obviously doing their best. Unfortunately, this location is severely understaffed and the self checkouts are constantly breaking down. So unless you like paying extra AND waiting extra, I would avoid this location until they decide to make it functional.

A proper note taking system would do this pharmacy wonders. I started a refill transfer on the app, and it required I call them so I did. They said they were going to call the other pharmacy, so I waited the week that they advised. The week passed so I called again - no documentation of the conversation or transfer initiation. They said they'd call the other pharmacy, and you can probably guess what happened. No call-back and no notes from the next shift or the next one (three staff members - no callback or notes). I had to restart the transfer all over again, but at a another pharmacy.
