Will withhold medication without reason, the Male pharmacist is unprofessional and makes little comments under his breath, don’t let your meds get trapped here, they will play games with them.

CVS Pharmacy in the Jantzen Beach Target offers ridiculously poor service. I have gone there several times because it's a convenient location for me -- but I'm cured. I WILL NEVER go to the CVS Pharmacy there again. I have never experienced such nasty, rude treatment. I just stopped there today to get a refill and the Broad who waited on me complained about how old the Rx was, then noted that it originally came from Costco, and then -- HUGE SIGH and nasty look -- she would HAVE TO CALL Costco for a refill. I don't know if that's true -- seems to me she should call the Doc's office, but what do I know? Her disgust and attitude made me FINALLY decide that no matter how convenient that location is, I will NEVER go there again. I grabbed my prescription bottle and stalked away.
I'll still shop at Target, but the CVS there is toxic and nasty and maddening. My father was a pharmacist, and I know it can be a tough job -- but this was the middle of the day, the store wasn't crowded, and the dame that waited on me definitely needs a different job. I was horrified and angered by her manner and attitude.
I've had communications from CVS in the past asking for my thoughts on the service at that CVS. I have not said exactly how I felt -- not wanting to get anyone in trouble. Service there was bored and slow before -- but today was nasty and rude. You need to do something about it.

I have used CVS pharmacies for almost ten years now. I have never had any issues with anything that I have needed either. Let alone anything my prescribers also have needed.
Due to me needing to relocate where I currently live. I needed to choose a new pharmacy. I didn't want to choose any other pharmacy other then CVS. So I located this pharmacy across the bridge.
I only had good expectations with CVS pharmacies given my experiences in the past. I also thought I would never have any reason to never provide this kind of constructive feedback. However, when my provider is frustrated and it take a lot for her to say anything and she knows I don't want to change pharmacies. If she is asking if there might be another pharmacy I want to use. Then tell me she is frustrated with the pharmacy I have been using. She said they aren't getting my orders right or giving me the wrong doses and mixing things up. Along with other things that at this point I have to believe is true. When at first I was in denial about things. I have someone picks up my medications telling me horrible experiences of conversations. Not filling the correct prescriptions, not providing the right doses. Such as having to fill two different doses of the same medication to equal the correct total dose I needed to take. As well as other situational thing like this.
I understand things are extremely busy in pharmacies and I'm a patient that fills more prescriptions then the average person every month. So I definitely know how things can be and I really don't like to complain. Now when I have experienced what the person who picks my medications and understand exactly and alit more then what my prescriber has been telling me. Im debating if I should change the pharmacy location to my old pharmacy in Tigard which is about forty minutes from where I live now, or change pharmacies all together. I think I may have to do one or the there sooner then later. I understand employees are new or there are not enough employees. Now customer service goes along way. Without a reasonable response or followup multiple times. Something has to brought to someone's attention and in this world the only way customers get any attention is filling out feedback. I hope this doesn't trickle down and cause more problems but gets the one calling shots off their ass and start to help the ones who need help that I'm referring to or hiring employees who want, need, enjoy, and can do the proper job. My scores are out of frustration and really are not what I would ever want to make or have ever marked but I hop le it gets to the right person. Who can make changes and helped the employees that are doing the best work they can.

CVS website says they provide free Flu and Covid vaccinations, this is NOT true if you have Kaiser Permanente of Providence health insurance.
For those, they charge $200 for Covid and $70 for Flu shots. Don't waste your time coming to CVS.

CVS recently sent a letter notifying me that CVS database had been hacked and so customers' info was breached. This is one reason why I've preferred to NOT sign electronically because I do NOT accept CVS Terms of Agreement that allows for CVS to share my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with third-parties. Each time I pick up a prescription, I ask the pharmacist to use the manual method of recording that I've picked up. However now they state that CVS has removed the 'refuse' option from their screen and CVS didn't give your employees an alternative method. I'm now FORCED to sign electronically, which gives up my PII per CVS Terms of Agreement. This seems illegal and I will speak to an attorney versed in privacy issues review this practice. The pharmacists are also bothered as CVS didn't tell them why CVS removed that 'refuse' field. Did CVS just obscure it and hope staff would not ask how to bypass electronic signature, so we are forced consent to your Terms to pick up a script? I would like to let the pharmacist know what they can do to 1.dispense as they did before. Prefereable CVS will make this clear to ALL CVS employees. If I do not hear a valid response from CVS, I'll publish your Terms of Agreement on social media highlighting the fact that customers are signing away their privacy when they sign electronically.

This CVS pharmacy at Jantzen Beach is terrible. Always closing early before the advertised hours of 7PM closing -there have been multiple times I have arrived in the evening before 7 to only find it locked up with no one to help. Not a reliable place to pick up important medications at all.

Ive had a very pleasant, easy experience with this pharmacy. Theres usually only 2 people working but I hardly ever run into a line. They fill my prescription fast, call my dr when needed and are helpful.
