Pharmacy: the staff here are wonderful. Perhaps the most competent and the kindest pharmacists I have met at a CVS. Despite some incredibly difficult customers, they're consistently helping me get prescriptions on time & help me with issues as soon as they pop up.
Store: likewise, great staff & incredible despite tough customers. The majority of product is locked, which is why I docked a star. It is frustrating when I need multiple products & need to bother someone about each item. I generally avoid purchasing my toiletries & OTC medications for that reason. I understand theft is an issue, but I think there's likely a design solution that could better suit this issue than the locked shelves.

This store is great. My only problem with it, is the smell of the elevator, and the cleanliness of it.

A wonderful store very nice has a lot of supplies in it. I even found rocks that you can paint Portland lost target a long time ago, but this store definitely replaces it and it’s only a couple blocks away from where target used to be check it out today.

Pharmacists are friendly and helpful. Hardly ever a line when picking up. You can message them on the CVS app with questions and they typically call you with an answer within the hour. Much better than the Safeway pharmacy in my opinion.

Why, oh why?! This CVS is all Portland has. Portland recently opened the 5 star Ritz Hotel. What is something people do when they arrive at their hotel suite? They go for personal hygiene, cosmetics, and snacks and wine at their local CVS or Walgreens etc. the elevator is dirty.

Worst CVS EVER. Completely out of cold soft drinks. Unbelievable.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. It’s a tiny hole in the wall. They’re out of stock of 90% of items and the other 10% is locked up so you have to ask to get it. I couldn’t even find a single bottle of orange juice.

i usually don't do bad reviews but i also shouldn't have to wait and be ignored for 20 minutes just to get a $10 stick of deodorant. go somewhere else that won't have everything locked up and inaccessible

Shopping here, you can tell that management doesn't care about staff or customers. Profits over people. Staff works hard, but there aren't enough of them. You must hit a button and wait for staff to get anything on the bottom floor, and that takes forever. Then the self checkout torture begins (never works properly, you also have to get help with that). Despite the convenient location, I'm considering not coming here any more.

Warning- everything is locked behind glass due to rampant theft. No cashiers. In total disarray. Hardly any stock. Security guards. I would avoid.
