Finn was beyond professional and helped me pick out the best helmet! He even had some great tips on riding spots to check out once the weather clears up. Parking lot was small but dont let that fool you, the people will take care of you here.

The process of confirming the purchasing two tires was not hard or time consuming. The quick work and setting aside of the tires was great. I have had other times of purchasing at this store and have always been good. Thank you for your putting your customers first.

I live in Washington and bought a Shoei helmet online using a Black Friday deal and also my military discount. Free shipping to the store in Portland and no sales tax. I had great customer service in the Portland store. They made sure my helmet fit properly and informed me that there was $100.00 off on the Sena SLR3 that is made specifically for that helmet. This was $60.00 cheaper than what I could find online and again, no sales tax. They installed the pinlock shield and the Sena SLR3 for me while I waited. I saved quite a bit of money and had top notch customer service!!!

Went there on Black Friday, when I entered the store nobody acknowledged my presence, something I don't like. Looked around found something I wanted and left
Came back on Sunday 12/31/25, walked in was acknowledged instantly, walked over got what I wanted on Black Friday, paid for it, and left.
It's a nice store I guess it just depends on which day you go there.
Though it shouldn't be that way.
