Terribly rude. No wonder they are going out of business. Don't waste the trip to go there. Unless you know them, you won't even get in the door. Not helpful and low inventory.

Incredibly kind staff and even helped me find a cheaper alternative. I am definitely going to return and suggest this place to others.

This is a fake make up store. They raise all of their prices and I found the same items on Amazon or Walmart for half the price. Then they wouldn't let me return the lotion they sold me because of COVID.

Terrible place, sold us expired product and would not take it back or give us product that wasnt expired. This place needs to go out of business, dont trust them. I will just harass them everyday until they make this right.

A must place to stop by if you're shopping for furnishing your home. IKEA is a one stop store to furnish every room in your home. Make sure you like or need the items before you head to the checkout. Will explain later. You can spend the whole day in IKEA. Hungry??? No worries, they have a little food court right across the checkouts and a Cafe upstairs. The meatballs are great and deserts to die for, but the servings are small. Now I will explain why you need to make sure you need the item before you make the purchase. The Customer Service is terrible. My wife and daughter waited for their turn for 90 minutes. 90 minutes was just waiting for their turn, then another 15 minutes with the Customer Service Rep. While I was looking over at the Customer Service area, I recalled a TV show which recreated a terrible furniture store customer service department and it was IKEA.

I'll never go back. If you order something that's not in stock, good luck. Also, IKEA's entire ordering system is clunky. I was unable to order one thing for pick up & one back ordered thing at the same time. The back ordered item (reportedly 1 was in stock) was NOT available for pick up AT ALL - and therefore shipping was higher. It was NOT shipped when promised. No notice emailed. No handy delivery tracking link. Took a phone call to figure this out. Back ordered item was restocked at store, yet still unavailable for mail order. Cancelling took me FIVE phone calls, and sending me to a form on the ikea website. I'm hoping that did the trick. NEVER AGAIN.

Almost entire show room unavailable for in store purchase. Was absurd. It was a challenge to find anything that matched what WE wanted for our home. 0/10 would not recommend.

I love IKEA. I have found so many great items for my home here. I would recommend coming here for almost anything. I will continue to go here for years to come! :)

Their return process is terrible. Did you know that when you take a number and sit and wait they do not call your number in order. There's a letter before your number and it's all on an algorithm. So if you have a return for example and you do not have a receipt, you're going to have to wait a couple of hours and people that have been there in a shorter amount of time will come and go while you sit and wait. So it's not first come first serve. They can call a lot of numbers that start with R, and then one with G and then a bunch with our and maybe a couple with the letter a*** and then more with the letter R. But it's not done in the order the people came. I spoke to the manager and told him that several people got here after me and have already come and gone and he said they use the algorithm because it makes the return process faster. I said, faster for who? Certainly not faster for me because I waited three times longer than anyone else. I love IKEA but, this is one area where they need to improve.I would give them zero stars if I could.

We are tourists and still came here! Crazy! But IKEA is a fun experience with kids and who can resist the food? :) best deal ever! The location isnt too far from downtown and convenient. $3 for a kid meal, $4-5 for an adult plus free coffee :) We bought unnecessary things and it was great
