Having an appointment is recommended, leading to remarkably fast visits, sometimes as short as 20 minutes. Walk-in experiences can also be fast, though the office is often busy. The process is slick, with the only common wait being for the photo. Many consider it a much better experience compared to other locations.

10/10 experience!
I had an appointment for 11:30 on 2/25 to get my Real ID. I checked in at 11:21, and was out by 11:38. Each staff member I interacted with was smiling and personable, and made my experience quick, easy and painless!

On website they would say walk-ins are welcome but be ready to wait for 60-90 Mins if you don't have an appointment!

I went to get my vehicle registration done. Super smooth and fast process
I reached by 10:45 and came out by 11:10
