NW DocuMart always delivers excellent service. I use them often and they immediately respond and help me out last minute via email. I know writing a review for printing services is not exciting, but it is important to recognize great and kind service these days. Thanks as always!

I ordered very simple business cards which I needed quickly, so I paid extra. No call so I went in a week later, I live on Sauvie island so it's a bit of a drive, and the cards were printed so light it was hard to read and the printing was wrong. She said a couple more days, she would call. Of course, like before, no call so I went in a couple of weeks later and the printing was the same, too light, and the writing was different and still wrong. I am completely frustrated and disappointed and out $50. I should have just done it myself, and the reason I needed them quickly has come and gone.

DocuMart location NW Yeon has been printing our 4 page corporate newsletter for a few years now. (I am tardy in posting a review!) They are awesome! Our newsletter comes out great every time and they are very responsive. We have had other firms print and distribute our newsletter over the last 24 years and, by far, DocuMart on Yeon is doing and has done, the best job! I am so glad we found them! If your organization has printing, folding, and/or distribution needs - give them a call.

Holy cow, I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was at this store. Kevin provided the utmost customer service from start to finish. He responded to our emails clearly and in a timely fashion. When we came in close to the end of the business day, on a Friday might I add, he had a positive attitude and wanted to get our job down as quickly as possible. Everything he did was done with a smile and an apparent desire to help us as customers. Aside from that, our wedding invites looked absolutely stunning and were priced well, saving us hundreds of dollars it would cost to print through a traditional wedding invite website. We will continue to use DocuMart for other printing needs and refer our friends and family too! Thank you again, Kevin! We appreciate your help.
