Patricia was VERY nice helpful & friendly!!!! Plus the only reason I'm leaving a review and getting 5stars, the rest of the staff (manager included and worse offender) could not be bothered to tell you the time of day. I realize you're busy and short staffed but rude is rude, and 2 polite seconds is not going to make a difference in the unloading of a truck. The non employee stocking his company products was not helpful or nice either.
As a business owner I would love an employee like Patricia!

Was super weird because there were no employees in the store whatsoever but it was open unlocked and the lights were on with the sign that said be back in 10 minutes but some guy outside said he had been waiting for a while

Horrible place to work. Management is extremely bad. They don’t train you right at all. I found out new things every week because I wasn’t taught it my first week of training. They try saying we have a full staff but only have one cashier working at a time knowing we get extremely busy and the managers always complain about getting on the cash register to to help the actual manager herself has had so many complaints on her from customers since I’ve gotten there it’s crazy. I loved my job just not how they treated their employees. And their corporate person isn’t any better

I went there to buy a dish rack turns out the dish rack was crack at the bottom where it's unnoticed, plus all the good quality it either so high on the shelf where I can't get them and very less items on each shelf. The cashier doesn't seem friendly not even hello or hi. Very small and unstock. NEVER GO HERE!

Friday, Dec 22 at around 5:30 pm. I didn't get the names of the two women working there but they were both great, especially the woman who looked all over the place to try to find us Christmas tags (serves us right for waiting until the last minute to look for them.). Very sweet and helpful!

I left my full basket in the store without buying anything because the lines moved slower than a snail. This is the second time I've left a basket of unpurchased items in this store because the cashiers are the slowest around.

First off, this store is in a super rough area with a ton of theft. It is not a huge store, and sometimes does not have what I am looking for. I always seem to find a bag of stuff to carry out though. Some of the customers make it rough on the people working there, but they are always polite....I would not be!

I came in to get some balloons aired up and a few birthday bags. When entering the clerk is yelling and raising her voice to a women of color and her child, the women says "ma'am you don't have to raise your voice or talk over me I'm trying to explain how I have to run my card." The customer leaves only after being berated. The teller then laughs and tells the next person in line what she thought of the previous customer even going as far as calling her a "gang banger" If your BIPOC avoid this racist place at all cost! Not only do they allow their tellers to be racist they also allow them to disrespect and yell at customers. The customer service at this location is astounding. I put my belongings down at the register and walked out.

Depleted, the shelves were empty, the staff was in training, the crowd was minimum. The selection was disappointing, I can honestly say I did not find what I was looking for at all.
