My wife and I order 4 pizzas and a box of wings, plus a box of sauces. The wings looked amazing, and they gave me the sauces I requested. The 1st pizza my wife opened was the pepperoni pizza. The look on my wife's face was crazy. I looked inside the box and noticed 2 slices of pizza was missing! I'm not sure what happened? But either the store itself made a crazy mistake or the driver was hungry. I had to drive back to the location I ordered from. I requested my $60 back plus $10 tip. I was credited the order amount of $60. I'm still waiting on my tip. I really think Domino's Pizza should protect their customers by adding a safety seal on a pizza box, to prove Domino's employees or anyone else can't tamper with customers food. Especially post covid this should be mandatory. After this experience my family doesn't trust Domino's pizza. This was so crazy I had to document this by video, including my experience taking the pizza back to the location. I will say everything looked great except for my 2 missing slices of pepperoni pizza.

This is as good as dominos gets and it's right near my house, I'm lucky.Orders take a reasonable amount of time here (20 minutes for pickup) and the staff are friendly. Pizzas come out great, the consistency is on point and that's what matters most at chain restaurants.I really am lucky to have such a decent dominos near me, a lot of them are hit and miss or always super busy.

Called after putting in a delivery order to see if they could have driver bring change for $50 and the lady was completely rude about it and was ignoring what I was even saying in the first place, the most disrespectful place

This is our go to pizza spot in a hurry or for family movie night. Iv discovered the pizza never disappoints from this location. We always stick with the pan pizza and it's amazing. My kids enjoy the parmesan bread bites and the cheese stuffed bread sticks. This is a very busy location so I find sometimes it's worth it to order ahead of time using the app.

Called about my order after 45mins of not receiving and was met with “Ummms” and “Uhhhs” from the MANAGER. Clearly they had not made the order yet!! She gave me a 20 min window after that. I actually received it 45mins after. Total wait time 1 hr 40mins. CRAZY!!!! Trust me and just go get Papa Murphys instead.

I think its safe to say, I received the worst customer service here that I've ever experienced. I was recently ill and had no food in the house, and also craving some cinnamon knots, so despite Domino's being within walking distance from my home, I placed an order for delivery. I was notified that my order had been delivered and no one had even knocked. I then checked my porch, and no food was there. I called the restaurant to explain the problem, remember I was ill so I didn't want to walk around checking my neighbors porch. I was on hold for over a half an hour, so I finally started walking to the restaurant, I was still on hold when I arrived. I was explaining the situation with the employee at the counter when the guy working at the ovens insisted he had delivered my order to the correct address. To which I replied, no one knocked, and no food was on my porch. The counter employee said, "we don't knock" to which I replied, "you also obviously didn't deliver either." She, the counter employee, asked if I wanted to reorder or cancel, I was so mad at this point that I canceled. Please keep in mind, this entire time, the man who made the delivery was insisting he delivered to the correct address. It was infuriating. A short time after I arrived home, here he comes, I watched him walk past my place to the address he had delivered my order to in order to retrieve the food. What an idiot. How do people like this stay employed. The store manager has to ask themself if its worth all the customers lost to employ him.

Seriously the worst. Took over 2 hours to get our order. Called the "store number" which turns out not to be the actual store. Or maybe it was, who knows when a pizza establishment is ran like the US Postal Service. Asked over and over for the gal who eventually answered my call to check the status of my order. She said it was impossible and that I needed to be transferred to a different department that takes care of orders being processed. Well guess what, whoever is in charge of that extension is on a permanent sabbatical because NO ONE answers that line. Ever!!! Yeah not my first rodeo. Seriously don't do it. Not worth the nightmare.

Ordered a pizza through app, it said it was being made at 7:12pm I got there at 7:45pm and they hadn’t even made it, so the employee said he’d put the order back in and come back in 30 minutes because they were busy. I came back at 8:15pm and they couldn’t find my order. They said they’ll make it now, 8:35 still no pizza, they lost the order three times. The manager was hiding in the office, all the customers we’re waiting at the door and upset, they were totally unorganized. Still no pizza, I paid cash and no refund. Corporate needs to get involved, their manager should be upfront dealing with the 9 customers next to me.

Even though I came in late, I was super apologetic, and the final employee was a good sport. Good customer service, standard dominoes experience. They don't have the extra large pizza though, only reason the store is 4/5.

Am I in a movie? Legit some pimpled kid told me I had to pay $19 a pizza because they were“Too busy” but I picked up the normal deal 4 mins away for $20 less @Cedar Hills. I shouldn’t have to work so hard to eat bad food.
