Jackson Group Peterbilt provides a great service department that gets trucks rolling quickly. Techs do a great job and work in a timely fashion. The shop opens at 7 am and can deliver after 8 am, but gates lock at closing and there is no room to park overnight. Customers report that someone always answers questions and recommend the place highly. They also steer buyers toward other sources when needed and deliver excellent custom Peterbilt trucks.

Great service department!! Mike went above and beyond to get me rolling again. The techs did a great job. Definitely recommend if you need repairs done.

Was able to get me in a short notice and was able to get it fixed in a timely fashion. They do great work. Highly recommend them
