Ordered a Simply edible arrangement for a birthday party. I had done this 5 years ago and it was a hit. I ordered the Regular size, not the petite or small. When I got there to pick it up, it was dinky, about 1/2 the size of what I purchased 5 years ago. I questioned the order and they confirmed that is now the regular size, for over $50.
I am so embarrassed to bring this as a gift that I stopped at World market and Trader Joe’s to get supplies to make a basket of dried fruits. Spent another $50 but at least it looks substantial and will serve 10 people easily..
The edible bouquet is a great idea, but they have priced themselves out of the market.

I would give zero stars if I could. They now use uber drivers who will never actually deliver the product. Tried twice, both times not delivered. Customer service would not call me back or refund, so I paid around $150 for absolutely nothing.

My edible arrangement was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift. It should have been delivered to my office by 9 am on my birthday because I was leaving at 11am. By the time my office closed at 5 pm it still had not arrived.

On my birthday my husband ordered me an arrangement and flowers. The flowers were dying and the fruit tasted and smelled like mold.
When we reached out to the store they were very unprofessional with their email response. I have never received such poor customer service. I have attached the emails so you can see the way they deal with unhappy customer.

I know I’m going against the grain with this review but I had a good experience. I ordered for my friend’s birthday and it was seamless. I ordered online the week before and it was delivered to her work today. She said everything was good, she loved the chocolate covered strawberries and made sure to put the fruit in the fridge to stay cold. I’m taking off a star just for the flowers, I felt they could have been better for price but overall I’m happy.

Me just looking at the reviews of this location before even giving them business. Completely disappointed by the reviews even just 3 days ago a 1 star… I use to love edible arrangements growing up, but it seems to be time to say goodbye. Scared to even order.

We received an arrangement as a gift today. It looked fine but unfortunately the fruit tasted clearly like mold. I called to let them know, not because I necessarily wanted a replacement but because I thought they should be aware of a possible contamination issue. They were apologetic but just kept repeating what sounded like a script that they made the order fresh today. I wasn’t trying to say it hadn’t been made fresh, I have no way of telling that, but saying that it was doesn’t change that it tasted moldy. In any case, they sent some chocolate covered strawberries as a replacement, but unfortunately they also taste of mold. It is interesting to see there are other people experiencing the same thing from this location. In retrospect they didn’t seem particularly surprised or troubled by my feedback. I would definitely avoid ordering from this location as they clearly have some sort of breakdown in their processing that they are not addressing.

I've never been so disappointed. Thought I could trust edible arrangements they are a massive company, didn't realize quality could vary so much depending on location. Ordered 2 days ahead for my sisters birthday, delivery did not happen, called the next day to rectify ...asked they atleast toss in some flowers and balloons, something to show some good faith...told me they would and would make things right
A SINGLE CHEAP BALLON WAS ADDED. Really guys? You ruin a birthday and all you can muster up for a repeat loyal customer was a single ballon? What's your cost on that $.50?
Not to mention but the quality was below the normal standard, seemed like the arrangement was from the previous days when the order was first placed, like they couldn't even remake it fresh?
Really disappointed, my sister is an RN and during covid she was working 16-20 hr days literally trying to save lifes, all I wanted to do was send her something sweet to brighten up her birthday....total failure will be hitting social media, reaching our to cooperate and seeking a refund
Really wish I would of looked up this locations Google reviews before placing order on website. Hard lesson learned i guess.

Showed up with watery syrup in them and strawberries were horrible almost sour defently not ripe at all ! Epic fail for a gift and was completely embarrassed !

I should have taken a look at the reviews before placing my order.
I payed full price to work with people who could not deliver. If you guys are going to end up not delivering, you guys should call at least 1 hour in advance to give people the opportunity to pick up, not 5 minutes before closing. I called at 12pm to place the order for my mom to receive this ON her birthday. We were all on standby, including my mom’s job along with her receptionists. This leaves such a bad rep for people who actually wanna do business with you. Not to mention the guy called me 5 minutes before closing asking if we can pick up in Portland from Vancouver in 5 minutes. That’s a least a 30 minute drive! I was trying to reach this location for 1 hour prior to closing time to check on the status of the delivery and the call would ring and go straight to voicemail, I must of called a good 7-8 times. Completely unprofessional, bad communication, bad customer service, bad time management, will not be doing business with this location moving forward. Please give me a full refund, thanks!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Visit YouTube, reserve an hour to work on this, and make your own chocolate strawberries. Because EA is not what it used to be. We ordered for my daughters 6th birthday surprise on 1/7/2025 and we were very dissatisfied her balloon “flew away” and the products we did receive were not worth $170
