Coleen Jondahl did an outstanding job helping us sell our father's house, where he has lived for 51 years. We had a very tight window to prepare the house for sale, market it and sell it. Coleen's contractor contacts were valuable for helping us quickly complete the necessary repairs and improvements the house needed to maximize its value. Her extensive knowledge of the local housing market and professional communication skills were critical to the timely and successful sale of the family home at a fair price. Coleen was a pleasure to work with and smoothly handled the additional complications of dealing with several family members during the sale of the house. Everyone was very pleased!

We had a friend recommend Eleete to us a couple of years ago. We worked with Justin Nelson when purchasing a condo. I know they handle multi million dollar deals, but their company took great care of us and respected our $300,000 budget. We had to work the final closing via Zoom while we were in Italy and they made it work! Now we have a beautiful condo and after 2+ years are very happy with our place and reflect fondly on the professionalism of Justin and the entire team. If we ever are in the market again, we'll definitely use them.

We've been working with Kristen Bier at ELEETE for a few years. She is an exceptional realtor. We can’t thank her enough. We have been looking for a home for over 2 years as we have a long wishlist. Kristen has always been available for us - showing us home even at 7pm on Sat, writing offers at late night. When it came to writing offers, she went extra mile to get us info on what a winning offer would be like for the property. On any previous properties that we could get, it was on our part because we just couldn’t make high enough offers. But yet, Kristen was encouraging and never pushy.Over the years, she knows what we need and want. She gave us many ideas and identified the risks when we toured homes. Never once she tried to convince us to write an offer when we didn’t want to. We truly felt that she was on our side.When we finally found the right opportunity. Her strategy on price and timing writing the offer was on point, avoiding us to pay extra on our new home. Right after we had an accepted offer on the new home, she guided us to get our old home ready for listing. Throughout the selling process, she went above and beyond making sure everything was in order. Her pricing strategy was once again on point. We couldn’t be happier with the offer we received.She is knowledgeable, strategic, compassionate and patient. We are truly thankful, and appreciate everything that she did for us. We are so lucky to have her.

My partner and I worked with Jennifer Holland to purchase our first home in 2021 and we could not recommend Jen and the Lee Davies team more strongly. Jen was referred to us by a friend who spoke highly of her work ethic and knowledge in a highly competitive market. Personally, our home buying process was...complicated. My partner and I looked on and off for several years, touring dozens of homes and writing offers on many of them. Jen always made herself available to answer questions on homes or provide showings on a tight schedule. When Jen wasn't personally available, there was seamless coverage provided by other members of the Lee Davies team. When it came time to write an offer, the process was easy and clear. This kind of service was absolutely essential and a competitive advantage in the crazy hot market we found ourselves in.Closing was also a breeze after we finally had an offer accepted! Jen and the Lee Davies team recommended and coordinated a lender, title officer, and inspector who were fantastic. We were able to close in under 30 days and had all of our anxiety put at ease during the process.In the end, I can genuinely say we got everything we wanted in our first home, for a better price than we expected to pay. Enough shopping around. Just use this company. Eleete Real Estate is a fantastic group. Tamara Newman was my agent as I purchased a home in Portland recently. I couldn’t have been happier with what she did for me. If it weren’t for her professionalism and hard work I wouldn’t have gotten the home. Even the listing agent that represented the seller was impressed with her and complimented her expertise. Eleete went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and fought to protect my interests. I tend to review things here when I’m unhappy, but not this time. Just call Eleete and you’ll be happy you did.

I had worked with her previously on the sale of my condo and purchase of a house- so when it came time to sell that house, there was no hesitation to work with her again!
