Been closed for 3 years due to COVID.Really happy they were ,finally able to reopen.Now we have a gap in our Chrismas ornaments that we can explain to the great grand nieces & nephews so they know what suffering truly is! ??So happy they are open again.Seriously, give them a try.iui8

Went for Christmas ornament making. Great experience, person who helped spent time explaining the process and it was a fun experience to be able to participate in glass blowing your own ornament. Would definitely recommend to friends and family as a fun activity for the holidays.

I have not been to Elements Glass yet but I have been trying to contact them for multiple weeks with no one ever returning my emails or calls. I understand why they can't return my phone calls because the number listed on their site 9x out of 10 will just ring and go straight to a fax machine. I was able to get to a voicemail, however, when I tried to leave a voicemail their inbox is full so you can't. All I simply want to do is schedule a group class session while we have a business meeting in Portland in May. Seems like this place just doesn't want any business because they don't answer their phones or get back to you within the 1 business day time frame they state on their website and their Facebook page.I would still consider using this place if they called me back, but again it just seems they don't want any business.Unfortunately I am in California and cannot run by their business to speak with them directly, otherwise I would.Last time i'll say this, I don't think they really care about new business at all. No follow through on what their websites state they will do after you reach out to them.I get it we all have kids at home but the world keeps moving and other businesses keep moving even while their employees have kids and lives of their own.Can someone please call me back? Oh wait, you can't unless you check your online 'Contact Us' email account which then you will see my contact information because your phone numbers DON'T work.Saddened as I am an Oregonian and a Portlandian myself, would have expected better service from other fellow Oregonians.So bummed.

Just got done with our annual glass ornaments for this year, and it was one of the best experiences we've had. We had Brian today and he was just amazing!!! He was so knowledgeable and funny, and best of all he let us do most of the work. It was great! My mother, sisters and I have been coming here for ten years. We love coming and have the regular guys that help us out but Brian is a great addition to our favorites :-)

I blew some glass here a few years back. I remember being underwhelmed with the experience, but blowing glass was on my bucket list, so it was great that they allow people to try it out, at least.
