We just bought our daughters first car from Emerald Motors!Tez was friendly, honest, and accommodating. I came to this used car lot with no more or less expectations than I would have had at any other used car lot. Just through a divorce. Credit tanked. About to have to go through bankruptcy. I was honest with them up front about my situation and asked if they could work with me. They said yes. I bought a 2003 Toyota Camry from them that had 212k on the odometer. And then they surprised me. Complications arose and they still worked with me and didn’t give me any grief about it. Met with me when my schedule allowed to make payments and constantly asked how the car was doing and we’re willing to take it back in trade if something else on the lot caught my eye. I absolutely would (and have already) rec come fed to friends and relatives let alone strangers. Thank you for the great car buying experience and helping me when I was down. Terrible...gave us a lost/damage car with expired plates. Didn't mention anything about mold or leaking through trunk. The car was just a total mess especially when we spent all of our money on this car thinking it would be safe for my little baby. Went back to get all of this situated come to find out some lady Kimberly I believe is her name I remember our dealer was talking to her on the phone which is the owner said they moved away. That emerald moved to a different location. When clearly it's still there. Never buy anything from here super sketchy I know I regret coming here. Even when they said to come back so they can help us. They charge us more for something we had to renew.
