Whenever my system has gone down I have been able to contact Encore Audio Video and their technicians have been able to walk me through what needs to be done to fix the problem plus monitor my system from their office. It has saved having to wait for someone to make a house call not to mention the expense. I would strongly recommend Encore to anyone with or looking for a top quality audio video system!

Now and then, you are lucky enough to run into folks who are as good as advertised. From the beginning, Clark brought a rare blend of enthusiasm and experience to the conversation about a new and innovative audio system in our home. The Encore crew that rewired the house, somehow surviving six hours in the crawl space, was as diligent as it was entertaining. And the final result is relief, at long last, from years of lousy internet connections, outdated speakers, and playlists that vanish at the start of Christmas dinner. More to the point, Springsteen's "Prove It All Night," from his 1978 show in Passaic, NJ., has never sounded better.

Been using the Encore team for the past couple of years to upgrade my home. The sales team is courtesy, quick to respond and great to work with. The installation of the systems went off without any issue. The installation crew was polite and professional the entire time. Very helpful with troubleshooting some minor operator issues. Looking forward to more upgrades in the near future.

I recently remodeled my house and decided to build a proper home theater as well as install some ceiling speakers. I had some older high end gear, but wasn’t sure ho to go about updating everything or how to make it all work together. Clark and Jeff listened to what I was trying to do, got to understand my priorities and budget, then helped me design a new system. What I really liked about working with them is they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of new gear - they showed me how to get the most out of what I already had, then recommended some new components within my budget that got me to where I wanted to be. They totally nailed it - my new theater looks and sounds freaking incredible, and I can run NFL playoff games as well as music all over my house. Thanks, Gents!

If you want the true measure of an audio/visual store, walk in, and, instead of purchasing thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment, buy a simple entry-level pair of speakers. Clark and Jeff treated me as if I was their most valuable customer. Oh, there will be more purchases in the future. And when there are, I will be making them at Encore.

The whole team at Encore is superb, from the folks who designed our whole home AV system through the techs who installed and updated it through the last six years. The customer service troubleshooting when unexpected events occur is always responsive, patient, and thorough, eg. when we had an unexplained power outage that damaged multiple pieces of equipment and required dealing with our insurance carrier. And no question or concern goes unanswered. Applause, applause for Encore.

We have been using the encore team for over a decade. They have always delivered on the best gear and superior service. Our latest project was an entire update to our newly remodeled beach house. Vic and Tim were absolutely amazing with the install. The TVs truly look like artwork on the walls. Clark was fantastic in working out all of the details for a smooth install.
