Enterprise on Barbur I spoke to the “manager “ , Christian. I needed a car my car was being repaired on Macadam. When I scheduled 1 week ago a Layla made the reservation. Never did she inform me that this collision center does the Lake Oswego location! I had only the time in my lunch. Not an apology. Just a, “what do you want me to do?!” Well, perhaps know which Enterprise services which collision center ! Maybe.

I recently rented from this Enterprise location while my car was in the shop. I received a really nice 2022 VW Passat for the week. The process couldn't have been easier thanks to Christian who helped me check in and out. 5 star experience and I highly recommend doing business with this location. Thank you!

Got into an accident and I had to take my car to the shop and their insurance covered a rental from Enterprise. I opted in for the insurance and I was charged for 5 days and I was told that I would get a call at the end of the 5 days to see if I wanted to extend it. Never got a call or charged so I figured I had gotten opted out and I was going to not do anymore days anyways if they had called me. Fast-forward 26 days later a few days after Christmas I get a call while I'm asleep and they have charged me 310 for the last 24 days and 2 more days before New years was added on. Now I woke right up when I heard that voicemail and called them and I had to end up taking in the car for an inspection for opt out of the insurance. So I don't think they should have taken money over voicemails that is way wrong. But I did sign a contract. Understandable not happy but whatever. I got reimbursed for 8 days which was slightly less then a 3rd of what they took. That was about 6 days ago and I still have not received my reimbursement. If I could go 0 stars I would. That's a lot of money to just take over voicemail. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES EVERYONE!!!!

Due to an unfortunate accident, we had to take our car down to the shop and thankfully Enterprise was able to bring over our rental car for us in the meantime. We were given a Chevy Volt that was in great condition to drive for about a week. The rental was set up through insurance, but the staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything to us in great detail. We only paid a small holding deposit that was promptly returned to us upon return of the car. The entire process was incredibly smooth and quick for both the pick up and drop off of the car!

Booked last minute after a HORRIFIC experience with Avis. Price seemed fair, car was clean and perfect for my long drive. No hassle even though it was a one way rental. Arrived about 5 minutes before they opened and the gentleman kindly let me in and started checking me in right away. They got busy quickly but he and another employee were both very professional and courteous with everyone as was the drop off location in Idaho. Will use enterprise again and recommend to others.

Called to schedule a rental, was on hold for 15 minutes with a 30 second commercial looping the entire time about their clean pledge. After suffering that the automated system said to call back later because they can't connect me to anyone and hung up on me0/10 that looping commercial is awful and I'm certain no one at this location is in charge of that so hopefully a review will find it's way to whomever is :) Put a call back number and spare us the torture pleaseUpdate: Local Staff David rocks! Still leaving the 1 star for the hold system, please update that <3

Laura was really helpful and stayed in communication while I had the car . But multiple times I was charged incorrectly due to staff manually charging me daily instead of a computer automatically charging . In the end I was charged another 38$ from my deposit that could not be explained . I was supposed to be refunded 19$ back of my deposit but instead I was charged 19$ . I was then promised a 19$ refund but not the 19 I originally should of received . Really nice people but not good with numbers . They should really invest in an automatic system to avoid over charging or charging when they should be depositing lol . Also they told me not to vacuum out the car but then complained when I dropped it off . If I can avoid enterprise in the future I will

I promised the folks here I'd rate them highly, but dropped the ball and now a month or so later can't remember their names. Anyway, both the young man and the young woman that I dealt with were from beginning to end super personable and ever-ready to work with me to address hang-ups I came in with and that came up along the way. These included how to get there and get back, my insurer's weird delay and resistance to paying for the rental, and my concern to minimize the risk of COVID transmission, which they accommodated by letting me fill out the paperwork outside. In the end, everything was easy, speedy and friendly as well. I really appreciate what they did for me.

Told me they needed to see a copy of my pay stub and a credit card statement for proof of address after I told the lady I was trans. Never been asked for any of that information before the 8 previous times I have rented at enterprise. I won’t be going to this location.

About a month ago, I had to pick up a rental from Enterprise due to an accident I had been in. Austin Brisbee, the branch Rental Manager, was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the process both easy and quick. He got me into a car that was suitable for my needs, and got me out of there as quick as possible so I could make it to an interview on time. 10/10, will be recommending this establishment to friends and family due to my experience with Mr. Brisbee.
