After using enterprise for nearly 20 years. They have permanently lost me as a customer. I had reservations with flight. When I arrived they refused to rent to me because I am from Washington wich they consider local. and I don't have a credit card. My entire trip is ruined. All three of my kids 2,5,and 6 had to sleep on the sidewalk like Hobo's. I have never been more angry in my entire life. This branch told me to take a train to another branch that won't rent to me because they say Washington is not local while the airport one will not rent to me because they say Washington is local. Completely contradictory.

Really nice place too get a good car from. I had a vehicle break in from a craxkhead I’m sure and tried stealing my truck well at first they wanted to give me a dodge caravan and I laugh so hard so they upgraded me to a nice 21 man

There is a massive line. The staff just says what can I do. This is the longest line to collect a car I have ever seen. Hot dirty parking lot. Awful.

She had to fix the computer for 25 min. Then transferred me and it hung up. NEVER will i rent here

Well I was told I could rent a specific vehicle but once I arrived to rent the car things changed. I was told I could not rent my choice of three different cars. I chose one and then was told that's the only one they have so they need to keep it on the lot in case a customer specifically wants that car. So I chose a different one of the three and now the original deposit of $100 is gonna be $350. Needless to say I did not rent a car.

I will never rent a car with enterprise again,I rented car from PDX on May/25th at 11:00 pm, drove it next down to SJC, and returned the car on May/26th on time before 11:00 pm ( Less than 24 hrs rental). at the time of returning the car; their office at SJC was closed early, and they left a sign to leave the keys in the safe box and line up the car in the return queue. When the employees came back next day in the morning they charged me late return fees ( another full day of charge on my credit card) . Contacted enterprise customer service several times and they kept promising me that someone from their billing department will call me back to resolve the issue.

We rented a vehicle from Enterprise when we flew into Las Vegas. While we were down there we started feeling symptoms of Covid, so we decided to cancel our flight and drive home instead. I called Enterprise and let them know my situation. They were extremely thoughtful and helpful. They allowed me to drive the car home at no extra charge, and they had it towed from my property. They were grateful that I was transparent about our situation, so they knew to quarantine the vehicle. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future car rental needs.

Absolutely horrible it took them hour to help me and when they did finally get me a car they sold it to me in almost complete darkness so you couldn’t see all the dents and scratches and if that wasn’t enough when I started to drive it it broke down less than two miles away from the enterprise.

Great service. Good clean cars. We arrived back to Portland Airport with our 3 year old grandson and 4 large bags plus 2 backpacks. The Enterprise employee Emily saw that we needed a little help so she personally retrieved a luggage cart and brought it to our car. Thank you Emily! We will definitely use Enterprise again.

Bottom line first. Had an "accident" in one of their cars without their insurance and it went well. Ok here's the story. They ran out of regular persons cars so they gave us a Volvo for the price of a jetta (OMG the nicest car we have ever driven) Didn't get there insurance went to Bend where someone scratched the car somehow then drove off. Expected to get screwed but Enterprise was easy to deal with. $1500 damage (i mentioned the word Volvo right?) on a scratch so small I cant even show you the picture because you can barely see it. They have an unholy alliance with Allstate which makes them take the literally $700 Allstate said that claim was actual worth in exchange for us having to us always having to use Enterprise when when have an accident..that always pissed me off but now I see it works both ways.. Would have cost me $500 deductible accept for "rental car insurance" our credit card says it gives us. Well I always assumed that was BS but they actually paid the $500 so off the hook. Enterprise claims is actually really easy to deal with, they deal with Allstate all day long-or so they said, and the credit card company so I didnt have to do much more than prove I had insurance. Bottom line, we will probably always rent from them since now we know when the worst thing happens its not a problem. Thanks,
