Pick up was fine. Free upgrade to Chevy Malibu from Toyota Corolla. A few nicks in paint but all documented. Great deal on a 1 way rental. Hope the return will go as well.

Insurance gave me a code to reserve a car. First called and got some customer service agent overseas who told me my car would be ready after 6. This is odd because the store closed before then. Once I physically showed up I was told I didn't reserve anything like I know how the process works. Then I was told they didn't have a car that was covered and I would have to pay extra for anything they have. I asked to be called when something in my price range was available. My claim was started on Feb 13 2023. I have been without a car or rental since then and enterprise I'm pretty sure just lied to me and there probably isn't even a wait list to be put on. Extremely frustrating and stressful to say the least.

If you can't find it, it's inside the hotel!! There's no signage anywhere outside, so I had to call them to figure out where they were after standing very confused in the parking lot for a bit. Other than that, super quick & easy to pick up my rental!

Go elsewhere,This is a long read, but you will want to stay till the end before using Enterprise.I reserved a Luxury Car two weeks in advance. I arrived, you had no luxury cars and I was told "our inventory is low, please be flexible" Why advertise that option and give the customer a false expectation from the word go?I had to wait 4 hours for another Enterprise to clean and deliver a non-luxury car. Then, I was told it would cost me $300 to drop it at the air port. Let me make sure I understand this, you waste 4 hours of my time that is worth $320 to deliver a car from another office, but then you also want me to pay you $300 to deliver it to another office? That is asinine. You're essentially telling your Customer that your time is more important than ours.When I received the car, it was dirty, had mechanical issues and almost no gas in the tank. So after the falsely advertising your product and wasting my time, you delivered a sub par product.For these 3 reasons, I will be sharing this review on all major sites/social media. This low quality of service is unacceptable and the Customer deserves better or you deserve to go out of business like Hertz.Best,A very dissatisfied Customer

Shady business practices at this particular Enterprise location, use caution!I rented a car from this location for one day. We did the usual walk around inspection but I didn't take any pictures and I wish I had.After driving for a bit, we noticed a tiny speck of a chip in the windshield. My girlfriend and I expressed our concern but didn't think much of it because it was so small.Now I usually use a credit card with rental insurance, but that card had recently been maxed out because I had to use it to book a last-minute trip to see my dying mom only a few weeks prior.Sure enough, a few hours after returning the car the next day, an employee called me, accusing me of damaging the windshield and just last week I received a bill for approximately $500. It was clearly not $500 worth of damage, let's be real.Needless to say I will never be renting from Enterprise, National Car Rental or Alamo ever again and will discourage anyone from renting with them.- former EnterprisePlus member
