Renting a 3/4 truck with a strong Duramax diesel engine was amazing for our trip to the Oregon Coast. It pulled our 32ft travel trailer with ease up big winding hills. The 2500 Silverado was brand new, full towing package, had heated steering wheel & seats. Apple Car play and all the options. Big quad cab provided ample space. The staff was friendly, helpful and on time. Really amazing and the price for the week was extremely reasonable. Enterprise gives you a full week for the cost of 5 days. They also threw in unlimited miles. We didn’t need the extra miles but we appreciate the staff just doing it so we didn’t have to worry about every single mile. (We only drove less than 500 miles total).

The staff here are really friendly and incredibly helpful. They have a fantastic crew that focus on customer service. It feels rare to have a company that focuses on customer service so it's refreshing. I've switched all my rentals to Enterprise Truck rentals and won't miss the other guys.

First time renting from Enterprise truck rental and it set the bar far higher than other rental truck chains. The entire team was extremely helpful (shoutouts to Kyle, Payh, Alex, and Luke), plus renting a sprinter-type van was a significantly better user experience than an old box truck for our needs.
