Everett Street Autoworks might be the best mechanics I’ve ever been to. I truly trust them, which means a lot. They’re honest, straightforward, and helped get my car back on the road safely while doing their best to keep the cost fair. From the initial phone call to make an appointment to check out at the end of the same day, the communications I received were respectful and responsive to my questions. This lead to valuable information that helped me make decisions on the current and ongoing care of my 11 year car. Based on my experience, the systems of communication and service are efficient and effective. The staff I interacted with were professional, poised, considerate of my concerns. I always felt informed about the mechanical services and the cost of same.

They're my go-to from now on. Not the cheapest you will find, but that's not always the best option. Prices seem fair for work and certainly less than stealership rates. They keep me updated, time seems reasonable and will tell me if they find something important/big, but don't look for anything you don't bring up. Had a part fail/not fix the issue and they pro-rated it when I came back and we got it fixed the second time around without another issue.

Everett is always amazing! The team does amazing work and communication is transparent and efficient. We found them by chance and really dont use anyone else for our cars, especially major stuff. It always pleasent working with them. Their Veterans discount is great as well!
