Creating a space for the body to accept change and move out of discomfort and pain. We are here to support you in short and long term goals as a member of the team working towards you being free to enjoy what you love doing.

The presence Rachel brings and the calming space she created is very beautiful. I love the way Rachel does her work, it’s very intuitive and follows my body rather than XYZ shape. When I’m there, I am able to relax and focus on my breath for 90 minutes, which I can never get myself to do alone! I will keep coming back!

LOVE. I have been seeing Rachael for many years and she is so talented. Empathy, true care, great suggestions for managing pain, and just a great person. I cannot recommend massage here highly enough—her level of care is unmatched.
