draw yourself a map, it's a maze exiting the elevator. This storage place is some weird hybridization financial game by Public Storage financiers or franchisees? At least they keep it clean.

I shopped 3 storage services near me, and chose Extra Space for a few reasons.
First, I was able to lock in a good rate for 6 months (I’ve had bad experience before with rates being jacked up)
Second, the agents I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, Caitlin was especially diligent in following up, showing me the unit and talking me through the contract.
I took a tour before signing up, units are secure and clean. Although there is not lighting in all of the units, the motion activated hall lights stay on for an hour+ and put enough light into the unit to be able to see well.
There are some pretty sketchy looking encampments beyond the gates, but I felt confident that the building and individual units are secure.

I came to close my unit after a very stressful move and was helped by Jonas and who was absolutely lovely and pleasure to deal with during this stressful time! If you ever need a unit i highly recommend this facility.

My experiences with Extra Space Storage has been overall quite good. I got into a new facility right after opening and appreciated the ease of access and continued updates to security. Although I switched to a smaller unit due to cost increases over time this prompted my partner and I to downsize and we are happy storing the remaining items here!

The price was just right 👍. The storage units come in all sizes. The staff were very friendly and mgr. was extremely helpful since it was my first storage unit. Would rent out another unit since their company is nationwide ...rn
