I had an exceptional experience at Public Storage on SE Division thanks to James S.! Moving and storing items can be stressful, but from the moment I walked in, James made everything so much easier. He greeted me with a warm smile, listened to all my needs, and provided clear explanations about the different storage options. Their knowledge about the units, policies, and even packing tips was impressive. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with reliable and friendly staff, this location is the place to go. James S. truly sets the standard for customer service. Highly recommended.

There are no carts to be found. Rent has continued to increase without facility improvements. The elevators stay open for two seconds. There are always sketchy things going on in the garage.

I wish every customer service person that I came in contact with was half of what JD was for us. He helped us, answered every question we had was so nice and friendly. It’s hard to come by a good customer service people nowadays and he was top-notch we really appreciate him! Great job JD, thank you!

Every PS location needs a James! I had problems finishing my reservation through the website but he took the time to help me get my unit in no-time flat. An absolute rock star!

Stay away from this place. Rate increases like crazy I was at $66 not two years later $133.
Plus, they hit you with fees for to spend a few days late and then they try to sell your place. If you don’t pay within a couple weeks this is the worst Storage ever cash crab. If you can’t avoid this and go to one of the local chains not too far down the road.

I have had a unit for about 6 months to keep backstock for my business and recently have found rat droppings on my boxes and moths in some things. Just left my second voicemail trying to find out about pest control and if they have any more secure spaces.
No one has called me back yet and this seems like an urgent issue. I will be moving things out of here soon.

Personnel very helpful. Very clean. Could use more carts. A bit awkward having to type in a long code to open the doors when you are moving a-lot of boxes in/out. Prices were fair. Overall very good experience.

Be careful that Public Storage advertises teaser rates and then raises rents once your stuff is stored. I’m being charged $221 for an upstairs 10x10 unit currently advertised for $109/mo.
The condition of the facility has improved since Public Storage took over and onsite staff are helpful. I’m frustrated that I’ll need to move to get a fair price.
