I’m very irritated to not be allowed access by the gate tonight despite numerous attempts at entry with the correct code - what gives? Why am I not being allowed in? I just signed up for space a few days ago and I’ve gotten in since then just fine. I’m on a very tight schedule and I have to get in during proper hours. It’s only 8:30 PM - what is the problem? This is very aggravating and there’s nobody available to fix this.

After having a overtly sour experience with another company due to safety concerns, all 3 individuals (I had a lot of questions) that assisted me in the short and simple leasing process; left me feeling comfortable, reassured and with lack of question or wonder. It seems that they've set their standards for professionalism quite high, and are absolutely hitting their mark. Don with sales, the lovely lady with customer service(who's name I've forgot) and Nikita the property manager were all worth mentioning by name due to outstanding customer service and communication. My only complaint is the lack of 24/7 access. If that's all I've got to complain about so far, I'll take it!
