Very bad experience here. You very rarely can ever get ahold of someone over the phone. You'll spend your day waiting for them to answer. They sell units at an initial low price, and then gradually increase it without telling you. I bought a small unit at a price of $50 a month. Four months later , $80 a month, and now just two months later, I'm being charged $200 without explanation. I don't recommend renting a unit here unless you have money to burn. I'm leaving as soon as possible.

Didn't have my storage for a week before it was stolen from.
All the units have a huge window for thieves to see your stuff/ enter through
The insurance they require has a $100 deductible, so I'm paying to be stolen from.
There are no cameras in the hallways apparently, PS should be sued for this

Our storage unit was broken into and many items of monetary and sentimental value were stolen. We just discovered this last week and have learned that there have been a lot of burglaries at this particular location recently. To be fair to the front desk manager, he was very helpful, to the degree that he could be. Which is to say, there's not much that he could do. We've filed a police report. Someone at PPB that I spoke to over the phone indicated that he could see other recent police reports from this location.
I have been renting at this location since 2019 when it was still an ExtraSpace Storage location. In that time, our rent on our 10x15 unit (2nd floor, climate-controlled) has nearly tripled, from around $125/mo to $330/mo. New units of the same size and floor rent right now for $99/mo on their website. This place must have really taken a dive. I wish I would have known all this sooner so I could have moved out before we were burglarized. Best of luck to you should you choose to rent from this location.

Update: Another day in a row I show up, one bathroom is locked, the second has no toilet paper, and today, in the middle of business hours, no one is in the office to help me.
Ever since Public Storage took over, the entire property smells like urine. I have also recently started noticing rat droppings. Also one restroom was locked when I was there the other day, and the other one have no toilet paper.
Not recently, but in the past, I have noticed employees who were definitely high and nodding off.
I do not trust the security of my belongings as much as I did under the previous owner, especially since I left a different public storage location to my current space because public storage let my previous unit get broken into TWICE IN LESS THAN A YEAR. So I leave to go to extra space storage, where the employees were professional, helpful, did daily lock checks, kept the property clean. Then Public Storage took over management of this location and it has gone downhill since. I will be leaving as soon as I have the finances and resources to move.
