The business model seems to be, advertse a rate, wait until the customer moves their stuff in, and immediately jack up the price. I've only been in a couple months and the rate just nearly doubled. I can't move outfast enough. Also, smallerissue, the remote gate access rarely works.

I am absolutely beyond upset and shocked that this location still has a 4-star rating. I purchased my camper in July of this year, and chose to store it here because of the security gate, cameras, and high 4.6-star reviews. I arrived recently to hook up my camper for a weekend trip only to discover that the door window had been completely busted out. Inside was total devastation—everything had been ransacked. My tow hitch, sway bars, generators, paddle board, blankets, pillows, backup camera, DeWalt Tools and more were all stolen.
I went to the front counter to ask what happened, especially since it looked like someone had attempted to temporarily secure the broken window. The employee casually said, “Oh, yeah, that happened about a month ago. I guess no one notified you from the notes here.” Ya think?!
Not only was I never contacted, but I was left to discover the damage myself weeks later. His only suggestion was to file a police report and contact my insurance. For a place that advertises security and charges for it, this experience is beyond unacceptable.

Been storing my stuff here for several years. I'm rating 4 because the staff is great and always friendly. Shawn went out of his way to help remove a charge when I moved from one storage to the next and I accidently used my old code to my previous unit before it was deactivated which led to another monthly charge on my old unit. The system wouldn't let him change it, so he went out of his way to contact district management to get the problem fixed and reverse the charges. He didn't have to, he just did. I would give 5 stars but the only thing I'm not real happy about is the prices increase every 6 months or so. So over time the unit price becomes more difficult to afford. Other than that, I appreciate the facility and how secure it is. Plenty of monitoring of use and cameras. I am worry free about my things being tampered with. I especially appreciate the climate controls and cleanliness inside.

september seventeenth. his name was Chad. Very professional very nice informative. Helped us with everything we needed to know. Hundred percent on customer service. When you find a good employee take care of him or her.

inconsistent hours of availability to my actual storage unit. It's advertised as 6am - 10pm but the gate is usually locked till @9:30am. Wish they would update the hours accordingly.

I broke down on the side of the road with my bicycle and the couple who owns this place were so nice and had offered to let me use their tools so that I could get home! They were super nice and I was so thankful for their help!!

Isn't too bad but the day time service sucks. Makes people wait out side in cold because he only wanted to help one person at a time but can't the rest of us wait inside where it's not freezing ?♂️?

We rented from The public storage on 82nd and was treated terrible. It was the worst experience I have ever had! We was accused of being tailgated and our lease was terminated. When we tried to speak with a manager we was denied. We are very kind people and don't break rules. But in today's world I will not confront anyone if they force their way in behind me. I feel like that's the job of the property to have security or something in place. I left the unit clean and swept and was gone on the day I was asked. But I don't recommend public storage they are very rude and unprofessional. Money saver storage on 92nd and Johnson Creek. They are amazing and kind they have carts available for use and a free move in truck available for use.
