“Dr. Kamen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had no joke. She answered every single one of my questions that I had and really took time to understand my problems. So much of the tests I wanted to do in the past were never done because my doctors simply just didn’t want to do it or said that this test doesn’t exist when it did. Dr. Kamen actually recommended these tests without me having to ask. Like a candida test which I wanted to do for a while now. I feel like I’m going onto the right step of figuring out my stomach problems and the root cause.”

“Incredibly easy to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment online. Providers are invariably efficient and helpful. They often have the medications they prescribe on hand, sparing a trip to the pharmacy. Over the years I've gotten everything from chest x-rays to physical therapy referrals from ZoomCare, and I have yet to have a bad experience.”

“I saw Dr. Kafi prior to Covid. He was very personable as was his assistant and his office staff. I recently returned for some minor issues. He remembered me and greeted me warmly. His staff was still personable as before. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I am going to refute a former review about Dr. Kafi fat-shaming. I weigh more than my ideal. He never said anything to me about weighing more than I probably should. He answered several skin care questions I had. He and his assistant explained after care for the procedure I had. The information was clear and simple and easy to understand. He also followed up with me via MyChart. I would return to this practice again.”

“I'm from out of state, and had an urgent dermatological health concern that needed to be addressed. I tried calling several clinics but their earliest appointments were 3-5 months away. Zoom was able to see much sooner so I made an appt online. And, even better, I personally went into a clinic and asked if there was a waiting list...sure enough there is!! A few days later a spot opened up . . .I was so grateful!!Plus, the health professional I saw, Erin Hagen, in Dermatology, was exceptional. She was very familiar w/ my condition (where most Dr.'s arent) and she treated me like a fellow human being, not a number. She was patient, understanding & very attentive. A true professional & wonderful person.”

“Dr. Janzen is a really cool guy. Smart, patient, and he really took the time I needed. He listened, asked good questions, and i felt like i was in really good hands. He also saw my 5 year old Son, and you can tell he loves kids. He was very kind and nice to my Son. The exam was thoughtful and thorough. We definitely found a winner here! As for the staff, they were great as well. Professional and kind. I am super glad we found this place!”

“I've definitely seen people get turned away by the male pharmacist - he seems to be very rigid on following policies.That said, factoring in that this is a smaller pharmacy so naturally they'd be more limited on what they can carry and have a smaller window of operation, it's a great place.I really love that it's walking distance, though, and they sell many medications and store products that are close to expiry for around $1-$5 instead of msrp/retail.Considering "expired" medication just has slightly reduced efficacy, but is almost always totally safe, this is an incredible opportunity to save a lot of money on necessitiesThey are also more limited than wallgreens and cvs or safeway with being capable of redeeming things like manufacturer rebates, likely due to being a much smaller localized pharmacy and not part of a larger regional/national system.All in all, fair pricing, ease of access, and reliable service/timelines and communication are what sell me on this place, though if I didn't live so close I also wouldn't bother to make the trek.”

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the current Doctor is thoughtful and experienced, and the place is inviting, relaxing, and clean. Finally, while not perfect, what they are doing with their mobile and web apps is revolutionary and desperately needed to connect patients to care and billing services.”

“I have been coming to family medical group since 1996.I'm on my third doctor as the two prior ones retired.I'm currently seeing Dr. Susan Berke. I know she's an LPN, but she is as good or better than most doctors I've seen in the past. I'm seventy one years old and am constantly running into annoying and odd medical issues that she is able to "Sherlock Holmes" a diagnosis.I'm also very pleased with the medical assistants, and the front office staff. They are always very polite and friendly.I was worried when they were bought out by the large corporation that things we're going to change or they might even close down. I was very relieved to find out things were going to be slightly different, but the same.”
