One Medical is pretty great overall, the office has a giant rainbow flag on the window, and everyone is kind and welcoming. The app is very helpful, and the office does telehealth too.”

“I saw Dr. Kafi prior to Covid. He was very personable as was his assistant and his office staff. I recently returned for some minor issues. He remembered me and greeted me warmly. His staff was still personable as before. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I am going to refute a former review about Dr. Kafi fat-shaming. I weigh more than my ideal. He never said anything to me about weighing more than I probably should. He answered several skin care questions I had. He and his assistant explained after care for the procedure I had. The information was clear and simple and easy to understand. He also followed up with me via MyChart. I would return to this practice again.”
