“After the CVS closed it's doors I had to look into finding another Pharmacy and so far LECARE pharmacy has been phenomenal! After the headache and stress of having my insurance card declined at CVS and being forced to pay out of pocket I was initially dreading filling my prescription, but found a much faster and more pleasant experience here.They took the insurance card the CVS declined and got to filling my prescription within five minutes of me walking in the door, the staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. 10/10!”

“It's really big and can be a little overwhelming if you don't know what you are doing. Plan ahead adding a few extra minutes if it is your first time. I had an hour to kill while my daughter was receiving a PET scan so I wandered around and checked stuff out. There is a cafe downstairs, but it was closed, so i continued on my journey and discovered you can get to doernbecher from the pavilion.The nurses were amazing and attentive to my kiddo.”

“I have not had the experience of the one star reviews.I started using this pharmacy because I called them when I first moved to Portland and someone just picked up and talked to me. No automated answering machine, no corporate script, just a normal conversation from person to person, and they kind and patient answering my questions and getting me set upI have adored this pharmacy ever since. They have helped me through a few medication shortages, and have certainly never been particularly rude. Maybe a little direct, but that’s part of why I love these folks. No one puts on the customer-service face for you. You’re just a human being interacting with another human being and that’s not something to take for granted in todays healthcare world.Yes, they require a mask to enter. Yes, the mandate has been lifted. But it’s a pretty simple ask from a mom and pop pharmacy imo. If you can’t respect it, that’s your problem and there are plenty of other pharmacies.”
“After getting fed up with Rite Aid pharmacies, I took a chance with Division Pharmacy. Frankly, I am blown away. From the first time I called this pharmacy to inquire of their services, Isabella and Zee have been quick to answer the phone, have taken time to answer questions, have quickly filled my Rx’s, notified me as soon as they were ready for pickup. I had one Rx that was not going to work for me, so Isabella communicated with my Dr’s office to make a change for me. Today I was at my Dr’s office. My Dr submitted a new Rx for me while I was there. Before I even left the building, my phone was ringing. It was Isabella calling to tell me my Rx was ready. ??? WHAT? I have never had such stellar service. And, these people down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Division Pharmacy!”

“I had some absolutely horrificly bad experiences with the rite aid and Walgreens closest to where I live. They were dismissive, didn't listen, and even hung up on me when calling... When I was even able to get through to them that is, they'd usually place me on hold for 2+ hours. It actually almost made me have a mental breakdown, it was that bad.This pharmacy has always been very responsive, they answer the phone, and they actually help. After my traumatic experience with the other places this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate their help.”

“I miss Neal and Twee, I have been Using this pharmacy ever since the store was built and had good luck until last week. I try to sign up for a covid shot and it would not take my entry when I came to the state. I called a store that Friday and the person there said if I come in at 10 they can help me Saturday. I came in at 10 and the pharmacist said I would have to make an appointment, I explained to her what happened and that the person that answered the phone told me to come in at 10. She acted like I was lying to her and it insulted me. I got my shots at Costco with no wait.I have decided to give them another chance.”
