This is the only place I buy ammunition now and I have made many firearm purchases, it's always smooth and always competitively priced. “I started using New Era (2021 I think?) at the suggestion of my doctor. I use a rectal cream that is the most healing product I've ever used. Their prices are on the higher end but their products are top quality. Shipping is even reasonable and saves me a long drive up from Salem. Customer service is wonderful-warm, considerate and personable. I'm so happy with New Era!!! Just today I called about a prescription and when they couldn't find it, worked it out promptly and kindly with the clinic and me. If I could give ten stars I would!!!”

It used to be as simple as calling to see if a refill could be available by break and my walking down the stairs for it. I have tremendous gratitude for Mary and staff. “Archie in flowers was so awesome!! I bought flowers at another Fred Meyer's and was in such a hurry. I forgot to have them wrap them. I live right by the QFC on Burnside, I called there to see if they would wrap them and she said that her booth was being worked on but I could pick up some wrap. When I got there, she had created a space so that she could wrap them for us. She was so sweet and friendly. Such a great interaction when all the chaos of graduation prep was a little bit overwhelming. Thank you!

“Made the mistake of sending a prescription to the Walgreens next door and they said it would take 2 days to fulfill it. Thankfully I was able to get it resent to Fred Meyers and they had it fulfilled within 30 minutes of receiving it. I had to talk to Brianna on the phone a few times to make sure I got it removed from the Walgreens system so she could run it through my insurance. While she would pick up immediately, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience with Walgreens and after 30 minutes on hold had to go into the store to talk to someone before heading over to Fred Meyers. Brianna also was the one who helped me when I got there and was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. I was in and out within a couple minutes. If you don’t have insurance they are even able to run it through a coupon system. We almost did that in case I couldn’t get ahold of Walgreens, the coupon total was just a few dollars more than the insurance price.
I will definitely be getting my prescriptions sent here from now on.”
“I called over the phone to check if my photos were ready. The system had emailed me about 2 minutes after I sent the order. I talked to Angel on the phone. He was very kind and helpful. He was able to check on my order and confirm that it wasn't ready, so I didn't waste my time coming over on the bus. He gave me a more accurate time frame, and I came then. When I came into the store, the photo employee Nick was also kind and helpful as well. The whole experience was so simple and no nonsense. It was such an easy, straightforward transaction from the start to finish. The guy on the phone was nice. The guy in the store was nice. Just no issues, no stress, and my stuff was ready when he said it would be. Over all 10 out of 10 experience.”

“The pharmacy staff is extremely nice. They always have the volume of medication that they need to fill my prescriptions for stiff person syndrome and I was really glad that they were able to get me in for my vaccination. I was having issues doing it online and they printed the paperwork and booked the appointment for me right there at the counter. Of course you can't expect them to do it the same day when they're short-staffed. But the next day I got the best pharmacist that I could hope for to do the prescribed shot and last time somebody did it it burned like no tomorrow. At that point he took his time and did the injection nice and slow. Didn't jam it into the muscles too hard and it was a lot easier this time for that series.”

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the outstanding cardiology team at St. Vincent Hospital for the exceptional care I received during my TAVR procedure on May 4, 2026.
Dr. Logan Vincent, the interventional cardiologist who implanted my new aortic valve, and Dr. Gary Y. Ott, who performed many of the supporting procedures necessary for the successful valve installation, demonstrated remarkable professionalism, expertise, and teamwork throughout the entire process.
After meeting with both physicians prior to surgery, I felt confident and reassured that I was in highly capable hands. Their willingness to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer questions, and provide clear expectations gave me a great sense of trust and comfort moving forward.
The procedure itself went exceptionally well—so well, in fact, I was able to return home later that same afternoon. The postoperative instructions and responsibilities were explained clearly and thoroughly, and my recovery has progressed exactly as expected.
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Vincent and Dr. Ott for their dedication to their profession and commitment to patient care. I would also like to thank the entire team at St. Vincent Hospital for providing me with such a positive medical experience and the opportunity to greatly improve my quality of life.
