FANTASY Downtown is a great place with an amazing selection, including the best incense in the Portland Metro Area with an absolutely amazing variety of scents. The store is clean, laid out well, and has nice lighting. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful, most open minded, welcoming, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable people. Associates are professional, personable, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to help find the right items. Staff make the experience enjoyable, stress-free, and outstanding, helping everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The store also sells various items made by locally based companies. I loved my experience here! The attendants were extremely kind and understanding, helping in what i needed to find and redirecting me to a different store or offering to see if they had it at another location when they didnt have it. overall pleasant experience! will definitely shop here again when i have the money!
