Shipped a extremely expensive package to the wrong house. Waaay off point. It was such an obvious place because it is 40 acres how the heck do you miss the mark and deliver to the wrong place on top of that you can no longer talk to a live agent the day of a mis delivery it is now delayed 1-2 business days, which is going to lead to permanent stolen goods that are irreplaceable. Let them go out of business already. UPS, USPS & DHL are by far superior.

It’s INSIDE the Office Depot. The only indication that there’s a FedEx shipping kiosk inside is a small sign on the door.

Apparently, they have a fifty pound weight limit. But they're going to be sure not to tell you anything or post it online, so you bring your 90 pound package all the way up the counter before they tell you that you have to take it back and load it in your car by yourself. Didn't even offer to help me get it back in. Garbage service, probably better to go a few blocks down and go to the actual fedex place instead of using these guys. Very sad performance office depot. Not coming back for anything

I refuse to drop FedEx packages at Office Depot anymore. The receipts don't look like anything and they can take an extra 36 hours to post, making me look bad to my clients and missing shipping cut offs.

I waited at the fedex desk in office depot for 15 min while employees completely ignored me while acting as IT to two ladies who were there to make copies. They interrupted the copies process to help someone check out, but not to scan my prepaid package in and put it away so I could leave. So not great fedex location in the office depot.

Looking for a place to ship a package after post office was closed, and in searching for a nearby option we discovered this ship site. So easy and quick! I now will continue to ship in this way to avoid USPS hassles
