Waited at my office for Fed Ex shipment until the shipping status showed that the Fed Ex driver could not make the delivery at 5:25PM as there was NO ONE THERE to deliver to, hmmm. Headed over to Fed Ex location and got there at 7:05PM on a Friday. Convinced a worker who had clocked out and was heading home to help. He went in to find someone who MIGHT be able to help. Thank goodness! We were able to pickup our turkey as it would not have lasted over the weekend!

FedEx attempted a delivery to my apartment today. In the lobby, the sign clearly states do not leave packages in the lobby, deliver them to the occupant door. Instead, the FedEx delivery person taped a delivery tag to my mailbox and said they would try again Tuesday. (I will be out of town next week). The failure to follow instructions at my address was the first problem. The second problem was the terrible, awful dysfunctional infuriatingly bad telephone chat service at FedEx provides. I win an endless loop after endless loop. I entered the door tag number that FedEx left at least a half dozen times. Sometimes it recognized it, sometimes it did not. Each time I asked to speak to a live agent it said it could not transfer me to an agent unless it had a tracking number or a door tag number. Despite acknowledging correct entry of a door tag number multiple times at each time ask for that number again when transferring me to a live agent, then refused to recognize the number once more and refused to transfer me. I tried several other numbers I tracked on the Internet to contact FedEx, but they were all no goes. I have just spent the most frustrating half hour Trying to arrange for a package re-delivery. NEVER USE FEDEX!! if there is a problem, it’s impossible to contact anything other than an AI response program, and that program will NEVER forward you to a live PERSON.

I ordered I watch from Japan. Then like a big dummy had it shipped to an old address. I received two calls from FedEx. The first lady said there was nothing that could be done. The next day Bonnie called from the Alderwood branch. Luckily the person that received the package reported the package.
Bonnie set up the pick up from the wrong address, helped me open an account so she could ship my watch to my home. Today I received my watch. I am very pleased with all the work Bonnie did on my behalf to hook me with package. FedEx is lucky to have her. I am lucky because Bonnie took the time and took time to see I was able to get my package.

That fedex is not working will. That's always missing the address. I paid overnight, but it driver cannot find the address. Everybody can but dead company cannot..

My go to FedEx shipping center. The Shipping Specialist was quick, cordial and professional. She offered me a receipt! Plenty of parking. Relatively Safe area

Does not accept packages to ship even if you have a prepaid fedex QR code. Go to nearby Cornfoot location instead.

The guy behind the desk lied to my face about a package in the box getting picked up for 3 days until I caught the box open and my package was still in the bottom

Literally they should shut this place down, my package has been there for four days without update!
That's literally unacceptable and there's no excuse for that, especially when it's something that can expire soon.

There were 3 signs..including the front door to deliver my 2 day package..A no brainer..I even stayed home all day..
Just a door tag so I had to go to the Office..
This caused me a lot of sh## plus I have a new address so I had to take a copy of my lease also to fix their screw up..
The guy inside was ok..

We have problems with one of their drivers. Calling fedex is of no help. You cannot get in touch with an actual human at this location unless they reach out.

Not sure if this is the right facility. I just have to acknowledge a lady by the name Bonnie who works for Fedex/Portland. Who went way above and beyond to help me with a shipment status change. Even if she couldn't complete the task I had. Her efforts let me know she did everything she could. I respect that %100. I just hope she sees this and knows I appreciate her help very much. Thankyou Bonnie!
