I WAS IN A SUPER RUSH TIME CRUNCH !! I was in a REAL HURRY for a job interview who wanted to see my resume on paper. I raced over to Kinkos. A nice lady offered me an instruction card, self-serve how-to. Worked like a charm. In + Out less than 5 mins. THANKS Y'ALL !!

I was followed to my vehicle by an employee of yours hurling slurs and insults at me because I misgendered another employee at this facility.
If your cashier is a man acting like a woman, I’m not required by any law to call a man a woman.
Please have management reach out to me as soon as possible. I will be calling in non stop until I speak to someone.

Riley was an absolute hero helping me with a really complicated shipping return issue and keeping a positive attitude the whole time. This store really needs to set their workers up with appropriate servers, printers, and other quality equipment so the lovely employees can do their job. It should not take two different processes and 15 minutes for the ability to print a label. This is a shipping store. Whoever set this place up has some work to do. Five stars for the employees though!

This was the best experience ever! They were so helpful and made wrapping these super awkward and heavy packages a breeze. I hope I got Sophia’s name right the two times I’ve been in. I was feeling a bit stressed, but she totally helped me out and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was shipped successfully. Thanks a million!

So, I live in Birmingham, Alabama, and I had a bit of a shipping emergency with one of my colleagues out in Portland. Basically, the shipment wasn't going to get where it needed to go on time. I figured there was nothing to be done, but I tried calling anyway and luckily got on the phone with Carson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't hesitate to do everything he could to help me. If everyone who works at this store is half as wonderful as Carson, then this is the greatest FedEx store in the world.

ANGELA IS AMAZING! Her detail orientation and interest in going the extra mile absolutely saved my butt on a printing job (catching a mistake that was totally my fault). When I came in to pick up my order she was also SO kind, helpful, and genuine - not only to me but with the other staff. Absolute GOAT, Angela rules.

Idk who that lady was, but extremely combative, so combative I completely forgot a step because she was trying to hurry up the process, and I unfortunately made a mistake. I am inexperienced with shipping things back, I apologized several times, but it wasn’t good enough for this unhappy person. Don’t come here. The customer service here was non existent. Horrible experience. Drive the extra few miles somewhere else. Kinda embarrassing honestly.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and great customer service. They gave me options and the woman at the counter found me the easiest and most economic way to mail my package when I clearly had no idea what I was doing. I should have got her name to give her props

Possibly the rudest employees in this area. Grumpy and very unhelpful. Acting as if we are disturbing their day.
The owner needs to clean house and start fresh before the current employees destroy the customer base.
