Absolutely awful experience sending a package to the UK. FedEx agent at this branch didn't create the paper work properly and my package didn't got delivered on time. After paying additional fees at the other end FedEx failed to deliver again as promised, postponing the delivery by the day for the next day. The customer service is an automated chat bot, hardly can get any support for finding out why the delay. Stress and disappointment are synonymous with FedEx , together with the waste of time and money and lack of customer support. Avoid if you can.

Just received a package from here and the older lady at the desk was rude. Snapped at me for my ID while I was showing her the tracking number. I tried to shake my packages that have live animals as well. She should be retrained for customer service or left in the back. Also how to handle animals as it's animal cruelty when she does that

Last time I was here I was chewed out by the employee because I was too close to the airfreight cutoff (30) and that she wasn't going to walk it to the back.

Extra efficient service and reasonable prices for any shipping options available, clearly offered by the friendly staff, not some menu style poster on the wall, it feels like my shipment is in good hands!

Terrible management, always marking packages as out for delivery and then never delivering them. FedEx is the worst shipping company by far.

The gentleman that was working 3/5/24 and 3/6/24 went above and beyond for my live package and made the difference in my experience. My package had been delayed at the location prior to arriving in Portland. I was holding back tears of worry. The gentleman called me as soon as my package was in and he brought it into the office to bring them back up to temp. He didn’t have to care so thoroughly for my package but I’m forever grateful he did. Thank you Sir.

I took a pre labeled package to the Milwaukie location and they told me it was too late in the day to send it. It was an important medical sample that need to get to the lab. I asked if there was anywhere else and they told me the airport location would work. So I left immediately. Well, when I got to there they told me I was too late. Until Jana stepped in and made it happen. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Jana!!!
