The gentleman that was working 3/5/24 and 3/6/24 went above and beyond for my live package and made the difference in my experience. My package had been delayed at the location prior to arriving in Portland. I was holding back tears of worry. The gentleman called me as soon as my package was in and he brought it into the office to bring them back up to temp. He didn’t have to care so thoroughly for my package but I’m forever grateful he did. Thank you Sir.

I took a pre labeled package to the Milwaukie location and they told me it was too late in the day to send it. It was an important medical sample that need to get to the lab. I asked if there was anywhere else and they told me the airport location would work. So I left immediately. Well, when I got to there they told me I was too late. Until Jana stepped in and made it happen. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Jana!!!

Saved the day. I need a package to go pronto. They were friendly and answered all my questions over the phone. I drove and hour and a half to get my packages to their destination on time. Super wonderful customer service.

I’ve always had a great experience with FedEx. Admittedly, I don’t do a lot of shipping though. I’m actually writing this hoping the reviewer several down named Willow will read this. First of all, Fedex and USPS are contracted to work together. I ran a mailbox rental center and USPS dropped off Fedex items with the regular mail often. I just think it’s weird to give a company one star, call them incompetent and demand they drug test their employees when it’s actually you that doesn’t know what you’re talking about. Maybe you should be drug tested, getting so worked up and making false allegations all over your neighbors medication not even your own. Get a life

This location should be renamed FedEx (not ground) ship center. I brought a lithium battery package here that the website recommended I bring here. They refused to accept it because it was ground, not express. Really terrible misnamed location and why offer a center that doesn't actually provide service?

I would not recommend it’s just chaos!! They give you delivery options online, but you might as well be asking a wall. Twice in a row I used their suggested delivery options and twice they failed. If you like chaos, FedEx is for you!

the FedEx software is terrible, the phone customer service is pretty abysmal, but the people at the portland hub are excellent. Always helpful and friendly.

That don't deliver on time like they say they will a pay for my product and have to wait until they are read to deliver it to me.They are horrible in delivery and there phone system sucks can't talk to a real person and get hung up on.

Where's the negative stars?Absolutely the worst shipping experience in my 40-ish years of shipping stuff. Every time I have called them on this ongoing issue, I've been given conflicting information. And FedEx customer service is completely awol. You are limited to the person who picks up the phone, and that's it; they cannot transfer you to a supervisor, manager, pizza delivery guy, no one. My package has been missing for over 2 days, after it was delivered to a FedEx store (which specifically says on the website that they do Ground shipping) signed for by them and then immediately rejected by them because they don't do Ground?! So they called the depot where it was headed back to, and they said I could pick it up the next day. The next day, I was told it was buried in an overflow trailer and they would get to it when they could (despite customer service saying it shows on their screen as "Ready for pickup" at that very time and place). Then customer service opened a case to locate it, saying I'd receive a call within a few hours. I never received a call, and when I called the next day, they told me the case was closed! Never called me, they still don't know where my $2,000 shipment is...but case closed. So they opened a new case. Now I'm waiting to hear back on the new one. (Note: throughout this entire process I have yet to receive a single call). Safe to assume I'll never use FedEx again, and will advise everyone else to avoid them too. Can you say "incompetence?" (Nice try, lol)

This location is god awful. I called and made sure that I could pick up a package from FedEx Before driving 40 minutes to this location to pick it up. I had the supervisor tell me nobody wanted to pull my package for me and sent me home. I will never use FedEx after today. get better employees. This location is a joke.
