Had to drop off two faulty Hisense U8 tvs. Manager who dealt with them was so kind and fast. Then shipped some shoes to a friend in Canada and same guy was great to deal with. Would definitely use this FedEx again.

I was there Wednesday 3/26/25 at 4:15pm. I am very pleased the service I got from Corbin A ! he is great +++A All of them gave warm welcome in for each customer those Yang kids work that day both of them are amazing !!!!Thank you 🙏🙏

Had to drop some packages off, the store manager went above and beyond to help. Would recommend this store to anyone in the area that would need to ship anything out.

Monique was clear and very professional. The blonde with high drama brows scared me by shouting to talk to customers like she had anxiety or didn't like answering customer questions. Just a bit to intense.

I went in today to drop off a package and I could hear a girl yelling at her co worker to get back to work when he was already helping me. It was very unprofessional of her to do that, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. the person who helped me was great, but I felt uneasy in that environment.

All their printing machines are broken!! 7 different times I went and their machines NEVER WORK!!! They are extremely understaffed and I had to be there for 30 mins just to simply print 2 pieces of paper out. Literally worst place ever cannot express this more. All 7 times I went here it was an AWFUL experience.
