It really exceeded my expectations in terms of delivery time and product quality, without forgetting the excellent customer service that Ary offers, he is always happy and with the best attitude to solve problems, on this occasion I used the large format printing service, But I have visited the store before and they always serve quickly and efficiently.

FedEx messed up a shipment going to my business, multiple boxes of cabinets from Lowe's. Somehow they split it into 3 deliveries, one of which didn't come until days later when I was on vacation and unable to sign for it. They ended up sending that box to this location. I came in to get it and the employee told me she couldn't release it to me because my business address on the box isn't the same as the one on my driver's license (obviously. Obviously I got a bit frustrated and probably cursed because seriously, FedEx messed the order up and now you are telling me I can't get my package which clearly has my name on it. Employee told me she's just following protocol and didn't like me getting upset and became very stand offish. I asked to speak to the manager who of course wasn't there and ended up having to wait, wasting a chunk of my day. Didn't offer to call the manager or anything. Just no, you have to wait, then wandered off to help someone else. Didn't feel like she really wanted to solve the situation, call corporate or whatever other options there may be. I didn't create this problem, FedEx did, and you represent FedEx so find a solution.Assistant manager came in after ten minutes, checked my name matched the name on the box and released it with no issues. Then of course they offered no help moving the 60+ lb 5ft tall box.

Employee at counter spoke down to me in a monotone voice like I was dumb when I asked a question about the copiers. You have a job helping folks to use equipment they're unfamiliar with. It's frustrating by nature for others. Why make it worse by taking satisfaction in belittling them? I went to Minuteman on Broadway where I spent $270 (and saved money).

I had a last minute, full scale DIY holiday craft project that required family photos to be printed on laser copier. This was my first time doing this project and it was stressing me out a bit! (I'm not a big crafter, more of glue macaroni onto a paper plate and call it good kinda gal.) The staff here were so helpful and friendly and patient, they genuinely wanted to ensure that I got this copy part right and helped me to make it happen...I left feeling supported and relieved. Extra thanks to Ary and Josh! This was my first time to this FedEx location and I will be back for the excellent customer service. Thanks again, DIY holiday here I come ;)!

The guys are pretty good with grabbing my print orders and checking me out under 10 seconds. It's the fragile strawberry blonde who slows down her speech when working under pressure by helping 4 people in line between herself and her coworker. Maybe its too hard to check your surroundings and communicate with a customer who's been standing behind the print counter for a while that they should get in line in the shipping area. Never had to do that before, but I guess I needed to figure it out on my own and dare not ask them if someone was going to help me in the print area.

Quick and easy. The order was set for a 5pm done time. I called and Alyssa was more than able to help get it done by 2:30pm when I was in the area. Super helpful and convenient.

The staff is mostly helpful, but mgmt refuses to regularly maintain their copy machines which results in them breaking down every minute. Frequent use means the machines need to be serviced more often, that's not exactly rocket science.

The staff was friendly but extremely untrained. The person handling my package (a document), that I need to delivered as quickly to my family advised that the surest way the item wouldn't get stuck at customs was to attribute a value (to a piece of paper, mind you) of $100. This in turn flagged the receiving the Fedex location to hold the package and attempt to extort my parents to pay a further fee of releasing it. I paid $400 to have the package sent back to me and it arrived ripped open with my private documents undoubtably exposed to who ever handled the package.

I tried to leave a survey online about my experience but my receipt did not have a receipt # on it to do so, so I thought I'd leave a review online. Charles was great, helped me figure out how to send the correct link of what I needed to have printed and had my poster boards printed in 20 minutes. The prints look beautiful, and Charles even put guards on the corners so they didn't get bent. Great service, will be printing here again!

I have used this location twice, and on both occasions, the customer service rep was actively rude. And for one of the visits, I needed to have something printed, only to be told AFTER the job was completed that there was a $30 surcharge for the service. I legitimately don’t understand customer-facing individuals can be actively rude and think that it’s ok.

Needed to print several hundred flyers quickly for my kid's school. The machine jammed a couple times, but the staff on duty stayed late to make sure they were printed correctly. Long day, but they made it easier. Thank you much friend (didn't catch your name).

I recently had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. Despite having positive experiences there before, this time I was met with a long wait and an employee (male, overweight, short, brown hair and skin)* who wasn't entirely honest with me. I had brought an original piece of artwork that needed to be cut to fit in an antique frame, but the employee claimed they didn't have a cutting machine at the store. When I challenged him and mentioned that other FedEx locations had done the same service for me before, he suggested I use a guillotine paper cutter and cut it myself. I was frustrated, as I had spent a significant amount waiting and expected better service particularly honesty. When I told him I would take my business elsewhere, he responded with a dismissive "OK." I ended up going to another FedEx store (the Lloyd Center location) and received much better service from an employee who was patient, kind, and made sure everything fit perfectly in my frame. The employees at the Lloyd Center location confirmed that every location has a cutting machine. I recommend avoiding this location and instead visiting another FedEx store with honest employees. *Describing him so you can avoid him or ask for help from someone else if you end up going there despite this review.

Everyone at the store was very helpful. Alyssa assisted me and went above and beyond to make sure my order was the best it could possibly be! It was a very positive experience all around and I will definitely be recommending and using this store anytime I need a printing job done.
