Clearly they have no desire to be helpful whatsoever. Asked if they could provide any insight into shipping costs, she responded like she’d never seen anyone pay for shipping a package. Couldn’t even give me a super broad range. Go elsewhere if you want any help at all

They have set up a kiosk system for returns, which is the most archaic time consuming ridiculous way to be able to just print some copies you scan a QR code. Email it to an email but guess what that email takes about a half an hour to receive anything, even if no one‘s there it’s not being used no God forbid your file size be anything larger but complete and total waste of time so the key also gives you an option to log into Dropbox hooray except is really not intuitive to logon. You have to slowly hand tight every letter no QR code in the dropbox that’s for sure and guess what still takes as long for it to receive those and then longer for it to loaded on the screen, they have Wi-Fi. That’ll just make it slower. I just spent almost 2 hours printing three 11 x 17 pages and two just regular copies. Cost me like 15 bucks and you have to put your card in first and that’s to authorize it first for five dollars minimum and it makes oh my God I just wanna die now come here if you wanna die

Great location close to hotels and businesses. Free parking. Most importantly, they got an important parcel out for me during a snowstorm. Speedy, friendly service from sole employee there. Thank you!

Last week i visit this store I want to send documents urgently lo Iike with in 2 days the guy said today is Saturday Monday before 5pm your package is delivered that works I said yes
The worker guy charge me $146 dollars for fast delivery but he wrong
my friend receive package Tuesday he charge me extra $111 dollars for fast delivery if I don't need fast delivery he said I charge you $35 dollar your friend receive parcel Tuesday I said no I need to deliver Monday they always wrong

To begin with, I've received superior customer service from fast food drive - thrus who have shorted my order. I mean, at least I wasn't ignored, or my business wasn't treated like an inconvenience, which was absolutely the case with FedEx on SW 2nd. Employees were rude, lazy, and clearly had no idea that they were employed to provide a service. So unforgivably unknowledgeable! This is certainly the armpit of FedEx locations, the absolute WORST location I've ever tried to conduct business in. I needed a time sensitive package overnighted from Portland to Seattle. Seems simple enough. When one of several employees working finally asked to help me - I was one of two customers who waited more than ten minutes - I presented my 3 page TIME SENSITIVE LETTER, paying an ADDITIONAL FEE to guarantee delivery the following morning by 10:30 - three pages overnighted cost nearly $40!! AND YET MY TIME SENSITIVE MATERIAL WAS DELIVERED FOUR DAYS LATER!!! But wait, I've not finished this tale. Livid, I attempted to get a refund, receipt in hand with tracking number, and was told by a LIVE OPERATOR that I would have to file my claim ONLINE. Unbelievable. So, I filed my claim online - AFTER I WAS FORCED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT. No other way to file a claim. Are you kidding me? And THIS isn't even the kick in the gut! MY CLAIM WAS DENIED!!! DENIED? 🤬🤬🤬 I hope, dear FedEx, that your competition bankrupts and buries you. Your service is completely worthless. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS ENTERPRISE. Use UPS, DHL, or USPS.
