Conveniently located at the south end of the Morrison Bridge, I stop at this location if I need to print a lot of copies of document, do a quick photo print or mail a package cheaper than the USPS. Since they are downtown, it's super helpful that they have their own parking lot so I never have to worry about finding a place to park Or paying for parking. Workers aren't that friendly but it doesn't bother me. I'm here to do my own thing And get it done quickly. Lots of packing supplies. Color printers. Photo printers. Some stationary supplies and greeting cards. All the norms.

This location is good when it’s open, they don’t stay open to posted times. Closed at 6:15 when posted time says open until 8- kind of annoying - and no one is there to answer why. I would give 5 stars if there were actual posted times? Why aren’t there signs on the door? This isn’t the only location this is happening at. Customer care doesn’t seem to have any answers except weather backlog? Seems weird.

This is BY FAR my favorite FedEx location in the world (and I have lived many places and have been to tons of locations)! Yesterday I went to this location because I had to tackle a huge project that involved printing, trimming, and shipping. Nik was so helpful to me and without Nik's help there is no way I would have been able to meet my deadline. Nik went above and beyond....and "beyond beyond" to help me with my project--actually lending a hand (in my production efforts) and offering guidance. I should also mention that this location is super clean, has functioning equipment, and is one of the only locations in this area that still has a professional rotary trimmer (with a sharp blade and an aligned edge) for guests to use. I am so grateful for Nik's help and for the entire team of professional support at the PDX Alder St. location. They handle the challenges of being in an urban setting with grace. I was also witness to how they supported a woman who was having a mental health crisis. They helped her with compassion, by giving her space and by reaching out to local mental health resources. This team is a great example of service excellence despite the conditions of our trying times. THANK YOU NIK!

genuinely unsure how fedex stays in business at all. made no attempt to deliver my package to my address or tell me where it was and when i finally was able to pick it up they told me they just returned my 400 dollar package to the sender. now my package is lost and i cant even get my refund! dude who im pretty sure is the manager has been super rude and completely unhelpful everytime ive gone in, even for super simple questions like “do you have a box about this big?”.

Utterly hopeless -- why do companies continue to use FedEx? I've had the misfortune of having three packages sent via this shipper this month and the past month: the first was an overnight package that is now four days overdue; another package is 13 days overdue and the third one 16 days overdue. On other orders, FedEx has claimed that my address does not exist, or simply dropped an expensive pair of speakers at the top of a 200 foot driveway in pouring rain where they were out of sight, soaked through, and not discovered for two days.

Their only printer is broken and the workers (except for the only competent one, a friendly young woman) don't wear masks. They also have no idea what they're doing, except for one competent female employee. The old male employee seems to be seeing how little he can do and how rude he can be while wearing his mask as little as he can.

Calvin helped me with a very specific copy and binding order and had it ready early and was just a pleasant overall experience
