I must admit that my visits to this location have been solely for sending or receiving parcels, so I haven't had the chance to explore it much. Whenever I needed aid, the employees were quick and efficient in providing assistance, and I've never encountered any extensive lines.In addition, the shop offers all the essential supplies, making it rather convenient. While this store is not the most ideal for me, it's no fault of the store itself. I always leave feeling pleased with my experience.

I had a package to ship out for a return and it was very quick and easy. The gentleman working was funny and polite. It wasn't busy when I showed up so I was in and out in no time!

Got a shipping account because I was told it’s the best thing to do when having fed ex ground pick up boxes from my residence. Bought 9 20’20’20 boxes and didn’t need them. Contacted this location to ask if I can return the boxes which were not used just didn’t need them and was told no! If it wasn’t on my shipping account I could have got a refund on purchases. I would have never purchased anything if it can’t be returned and none of this is told at purchase no sign nothing. FedEx literally is telling me I can’t get almost $100 refunded to me because I done so through an account with them! But a person who just makes a purchase with no account they can get refunds! What type of nonsense is this!!! Fed ex really is complete trash! They make it so difficult to do simple pick ups! And it’s always customer service agents who don’t understand fkn English and give the wrong directions to everything it’s ridiculous! Literally ridiculous. I have 9 boxes that i don’t need and I wasted money because I took direction from a person who works in this location like tf

Rude employees with no customer service or people skills who are also bad at their jobs. I just had to walk the employee through how to do his job because he told me what I was asking for was impossible, even though I’ve done it multiple times at the same facility. After showing him how to do it, suddenly it was possible.

Has never been able to deliver a package to my address. Packages keep disappearing, have lost well over 1000$ due to this with no recourse, saying they'd call me back and never do. No other company seems to have this problem at my address.

I came to the location to return a package 10 min before it’s closed. Followed all the instructions to print out the shipping label but didn’t receive a code for some reason. Asked the employee to help print out label and response I got “we cannot help you and we are closed in 10 min”. Was not able to ship my package because the employee closed the store, didn’t help me. Now I’m driving to another location to ship my bulky package being 9 months pregnant. Unbelievable!

Customer service at this location was terrible. We were having trouble locating the correct tracking number and the representative was rude, dismissive, and kept walking away from me. This is the third time I have received similar service at this location.
