When I got there, there were two lines and I got into one and a line formed behind me. Several people in front of me were helped until it was my turn and I stepped up to the counter and the worker ignored me and walked away, while the other staff helped the other line. The girl behind me finally asked for help and we were rudely told to go to the back of this other line that had formed in the 30 minutes we had been standing there, ignored. I understand it’s the holidays, but no instruction or acknowledgment was given whatsoever.

I would never go to any other location. I find MC's staff professional and extremely efficient. I always feel like a valued customer. MC is the best.

I was just told at the counter that this is not a shipping location so they can’t help me with any tracking issues. I asked for a manager and she refused and reiterated this location only deals in printing. I asked if she can point me towards a location which handles shipping so that I can get this issue resolved and she said that she doesn’t know and that it’s hard to get in touch with a manager.

I’ve FedEx’d small perfumes before. I purchased some perfume samples to send a friend for their birthday. I was told by the woman at the counter that they flat out deny anything that contains alcohol even in small amounts. She said there are no options to ship them with FedEx and that I might have better luck with USPS. That contradicts what I see on FedEx’s website, which says ground is an option.

Definitely depends on the day you go. The two girls that work on the weekends who dress sloppy are very rude. The two ladies who typically work on Thursdays and Fridays are very helpful and pleasant. They are professional and really try to help.

We have never been at this location, I guess I expected the same respect and kindness, as the other stores we have visited. We needed several packets copied, it wasn't quite explained to us how we use the store card, reloading it when we needed. So in the end, one of our large packets, was not all double sided. In fact, the packet was kind of a mess, and at one point we had a help from the gal working. In the end, we ended up spending over, $100, i asked if they could give us a credit on some of the mistakes that we had problems with the machine, But I was told no. You just think they would have had a little bit more grace. Will not be back.

Went here for citizenship photos and to ship some documents and the staff was very flustered and had no idea how to use a printer for some copies I needed done. It took them 10 minutes to figure out how to change the settings on their computer to use a different printer.
