Never shipping FedEx again. After my package was supposedly attempted to be delivered to my apartment (I was home both times, nothing) I had it held at this location and decided to ship some paintings to a client when I went to pick it up. They decided to repack my box with different tape and began putting direct pressure with a hand on the box that I marked “fragile”. I asked the employee to please be careful and to stop once it became excessive! Distributed pressure from a box is very different than localized pressure from a human hand on a canvas. I had to walk away with damaged paintings that I can’t ship until I fix and re-tension and have to explain to my client what happened. The employee tried to blame it on my pack job. I’ve shipped in homemade boxes for years with USPS and never had a damaged painting and shipped hundreds of paintings in all sizes. Tried to ship one time with FedEx and they damage my work in the shop. Awful customer service, awful delivery drivers, I’ll never use this service again. You’re costing my clients, time and money. You suck. The employee was Joe, I get the shop and shop employees aren’t responsible for the delivery drivers, but you are responsible for what happened to my work today. Direct pressure with a human hand can well exceed 40lbs in a specific location and can be worse than a large box. Especially when you pulled apart and changed the integrity of my packaging. Handle fragile packaging differently—especially when the client is actively asking you to change your method and then to stop and allow them to make the changes.

This was my first visit to this FedEx location and Kim went above and beyond to help me. I needed 200 copies that printed wrong the first time I sent them through. Kim waived the fee, resized my document and even printed them on nicer paper for me! My prints looked beautiful. She also helped me print an 18 x 24 poster and advised me on sizing. Thank you!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a package I was asked to show my ID which makes sense but then I was told my name which is incredibly uncommon could just happen to match up???… I was also asked to show the receipt for my order but that wasn’t enough I so she proceeded to ask me to show her the lease for my apartment which should never need to be shared with a FedEx employee. This package was meant to be delivered to my apartment. The desk woman who was older in her 50s was incredibly rude and threatened to keep my package and not give it to me more than once because I was uncomfortable showing her my lease and had to take extra time searching my email for it.

Wow! Alex at Kinko's came through for me with an incredible (last-minute) job well done! I was so grateful for the attention to detail, and the tremendous focus given to my rushed printing order for a holiday project on which I needed a super quick turnaround. Alex did a fantastic job catching a few of my errors and communicating with me about how to upgrade my printing project. Everything turned out better then I could have imagined! Yay Kinkos!

I needed a way to get some wine home from Oregon. Can’t ship it, but the nice young gentleman behind the counter helped me turn a backpack cooler into carry-on luggage for my wine. Packing paper and bubble wrap did the job. Thank you very much.

Saferrazza did whatever it took to get my print job done in time for a deadline the next day. The best experience at a FedEx I’ve ever had

DO NOT GO HERE THEY STEAL CARD INFORMATION. An employee here actually stole my debit card information that I used for a purchase and tried to make shopify purchases with it. Luckily my bank locked everything down, canceled the transactions. Big mistake was testing my card like an idiot at their place of work.

I called several FedEx stores with a last minute print order I needed within the day and this store was the only one able to fulfil it! As reminder to customers, please be friendly to our FedEx staff and know that each store experiences different levels of traffic. If one store can't fulfill your needs asap, please call around instead of blaming them.FedEx managers and corporate office, if you're reading this, Team Member: Jacob E. (and his coworker, older bald guy) at Center Number: 5162 are super stars and deserves any kind of raise and praise you have for them. They were organized, professional, and KIND. Absolute rockstars, thank you Jacob and older bald coworker :)

Very professional store and all employees were very helpful. I called multiple times asking questions while submitting an online order. They were very patient and friendly. Would recommend to others in Portland to visit this location.

I needed a rush print job because the printer at the hotel was not printing correctly. We did not have much time before the presentation and Alex was friendly and efficient and got me out the door with top quality prints within minutes.

Since recently returning to the area, I have utilized this FedEx Office for both package pickups and buying supplies, and team member Saferrazza is always a joy to work with. He carted heavy IKEA boxes out to my car on a dolly, and was helpful the other day in finding products within the store. Not only is he helpful, but has consistently-positive energy that makes it a joy to do business there. So far I've only dealt directly with him, but other employees seemed to be working well with him to help customers, too.

At 3pm January 22, 2022. An old white man with white hair was working and we had come in to print a label that was for usps and we were going to drop it off at a usps drop off location. When we finished our printing we got in line to ask if they had tape we could possible use to put the label on our package. We were waiting in line when the old white man had yelled across the room, in the middle of his transaction with another customer saying that our package needed to be taken to the postal annex, which I was well aware of. We then explain to him that we were just trying to see if they had tape we could use and he then again yells across the room, In front of another customer, in front of the rest of the people in line that we need to go to the postal annex and point us to the door. We did not want to continue to argue with a useless old man and felt humiliated in front of the entire store so we left. I used to work in shipping & print services so I know that what we were requesting was not out of the ordinary or undoable. This employee was extremely unprofessional yelling at us in front of a busy store filled with customers and in the middle of a transaction with another customer when he didn't even bother to listen to us when we tried to explain that we weren't here to ship, just a simple question if they had tape.

I rarely get to grace FedEx with my presence, but I was able to make it in recently. Even though I was shipping a couple of inconvenient items back to their rightful owner, Luke decided he could take on the job. I certainly didn't come prepared either, but Luke took care of me and did it with such ease and grace. Thanks for the help, and the laughs as well!
